Most Sunriver rentals are standard-sized homes on typical 1/4 acre lots — comfortable, but not especially distinctive or private. This property is different: at 3,180 sq ft on a rare oversized double lot, it’s roughly twice the size of comparable 4-bedroom homes in Sunriver, which typically run 1,400–1,600 sq ft on standard parcels. Add a private cul-de-sac setting with over half an acre, and you get a level of space and seclusion that’s genuinely hard to find in a resort community where most homes sit close together.

The loop turnaround is absolutely perfect for kids to play, learn to ride bikes, scooters etc with no car traffic, and quiet and peaceful.
