We apologize for the issue with the door code upon arrival, as well as the housekeeping oversights you encountered with the floors, bedding, and dishwasher. This is not the experience we want our guests to have, and we will be sharing your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these items can be addressed and better checked prior to arrival. We also understand how noise from neighboring units and the loft bed comfort impacted your stay. While some building noise can be expected in a condo-style property, we know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating when you’re trying to relax.
