With its prime location just 1.5 blocks from the beach, you'll enjoy breathtaking river views and the convenience of an easy stroll to the promenade and sandy shores. Situated on a tranquil street within a residential neighborhood, our charming abode assures a peaceful retreat.
Step inside this beautifully decorated and newly remodeled home, where every detail has been carefully considered for your comfort. Adorned with tasteful furnishings, the living room offers a cozy space to unwind, while the wood stove and quiet sitting nook invite relaxation. The newly renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and the bathroom is also freshly upgraded. Plush new carpets and furniture provide an added touch of luxury.
Our home is thoughtfully equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Step onto the deck, complete with a barbecue, and savor outdoor dining while admiring the surroundings. The front yard is fully fenced, providing a secure space, and the large backyard, nestled amidst a wooded area, offers a haven for bird watching, including the occasional eagle sighting. For beach adventures, we provide buckets, shovels, and games for shell collecting. With wireless internet and deluxe cable TV, including a 40" flat screen, entertainment is at your fingertips. The kitchen is well stocked to cater to your culinary needs.
Leave your car behind and immerse yourself in the convenience of walking to everything. Delight in bird watching in the lush backyard or embark on a short stroll to the Promenade and downtown area, where the soothing sounds of the ocean beckon. Allow us to pamper you with our selection of lotions, soaps, and plush towels. Coffee and tea are always available, so simply bring yourself and prepare to unwind.

Location is excellent. Close to everything with easy access. Downstairs unit is perfect with pets. We had our two pugs and it was very convenient to have the front yard accessible and fenced in. The hot tub was a bonus. Overall the place was clean. There were a few ants in the kitchen. The only toilet is very low to the ground. If there’s someone staying in the upstairs unit you’ll hear them moving about. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again.

Cute, Clean, Cozy

Clean and cozy, and close to the beach. Has everything you need and enough space for family of 4 and a small dog. Owners are kind and very responsive! Couple things to note: if you're traveling with small children (toddlers) it's 2 blocks to the sand/grassy terrain and then another 2-3 to the actual beach. I say this for those parents who will be carrying kids and toys back and forth to note just as an FYI. This is a lower apartment of a 2-plex, so you will have upstairs neighbors and the hot tub is shared so just again FYI. No issues with either just wanted folks to be aware. If you bring your bikes (or rent 1 block away) you can catch the promenade paved walkway that goes downtown, we will do this next time! The place was very clean but please note some windows need to be replaced so if you have a mildew allergy/sensitivity just be aware. Loved the overall location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host. Would recommend for families looking for a good location at a reasonable price.

Perfect level if autonomy

I'm a single dad that recently traveled with my grown daughter and gwr longterm partner. This was the perfect property to simultaneously be close and have great autonomy. The hosts were kind, responsive, and very accommodating.

Seaside Retreat

The house was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beach is a very short walk away. Since the house was a little ways from the center of town, the beach was not as busy. City center was a short mile away with many excellent restaurants. I suggest Normas for clam chowder and so much more.The host was very accommodating. Thank you Joan.

The home is very nice. Quiet street and close to the beach. The only disappointment was the hot tub. Which was part of why I rented. Wimpy jets.

Seaside Escape

The home is definitely older and in a residential neighborhood with older homes -- some fixed up and some not. The house has been split into two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit had a private entrance as well as common outdoor areas, which are nicely landscaped. We stayed in the lower unit. It was nicely decorated and had been upgraded. The kitchen had what looked like new appliances. The unit was clean and cozy with some good amenities. We were traveling with dogs, so we appreciated access to the enclosed front yard. The only issue we had was how noisy the footsteps were from the top unit. Whoever was in the unit our first night came in around 10 p.m. We listened to what almost sounded like stomping for the next 90 minutes or so that prevented us from sleeping. We were then woken up the next morning around 5:45 a.m. to the same loud footsteps. I'm sure the people weren't actually stomping but the floor must be "paper-thin for such noise.

Another great stay

The house was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities plus so much more. Location go the beach is awesome, just a quick 2 block walk to the sand grass dunes. The stretch of beach that far north is not as populated so its a great stretch to allow the dog to run. Distance to town is so fast and easy on the back roads walking or driving. We thur enjoyed our stay.

We bought this home for the beautiful and serene neighborhood close to the beach and downtown, so we would have a great place to stay in Seaside. We completely remodeled it and then decided we should share it with others. We enjoy staying here ourselves frequently.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love parking the car and walking to great restaurants and shops, all along the prom where we can view the beach. We also leave a pair of bikes there and enjoy riding around Seaside. Adding the hot tub and fire pit and renovating the back yard have added a lot to the properties appeal.
