New loft duplex with rooftop deck

We hope you like this new duplex loft in Dominicus Bayahibe. We tried to create the perfect gathering space for family and friends. The apartment is located in a beautiful new tropical Caribbean development. The grounds have 24/7 security, two large pools and well maintained landscaping throughout. The town center is a short 5 minute walk away and contains many lovely shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The "blue flag certified" beach "Playa Dominicus" is an 8 minute walk.

The space
The apartment has 25 foot vaulted ceilings in the living room and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. The materials used in the construction of this property are of the highest quality. The building itself is made with lava and coral stone. The bathrooms are constructed with beautiful ceramic tile and the wardrobes closets are solid oak. On the top floor is an additional seating area with a comfortable sofa-bed that could sleep 2 additional guests.
The apartment has 2 balconies, a terrace and a large roof-deck with barbecue, table and umbrella, along with a large outdoor seating area with chairs and sofas to watch the sunset.
The space has excellent wifi throughout and air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cook wear etc. We also have a washer dryer on the top floor for your convenience. The two smart televisions are set up with access to internet channels including Netflix, traditional cable channels etc. Please feel free to ask us any questions. Other things to note
Just 10 miles east of La Romana lies the fishing town of Bayahibe. Here, divers will find spectacular coral formations and three shipwrecks: the Atlantic Princess, St George and Coco. In the national park, nature enthusiasts will find lagoons and wildlife, including a variety of birds. There is much to do, but the inviting, soft white-sand beaches are perfect for travelers seeking relaxation.
