So important when visiting Casa De Campo as you don't want to get stuck in a remote area. It is an expansive luxury resort. Our villa is close to it all.

Our 'Villa Grant' is truly a special place for any traveler seeking a wonderful vacation at the world class Casa De Campo resort. Located on the 9th hole of the Links Golf Course, our villa offers five-star amenities located within a luxurious resort.

Villa Grant offers 4 bedrooms (5 Bathrooms), 3 living room areas, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a pool. Comfortably sleeping 8 adults, our villa provides a luxurious affordable alternative to staying at the hotel or renting a villa through the hotel.

You can easily visit Casa de Campo and never step foot off of the resort. 'Casa' includes 22 square miles of resort amenities as well as over 1400 private villas. One can literally get lost exploring Casa (which is not a boring proposal) as you drive past villas of the rich and famous (Sammy Sosa, Gloria Estefan, Alex Rodriguez, and more). The resort offers many different views, from touring the coastline to driving higher for breathtaking grand vistas of the Caribbean and mountainous interior regions. For those who choose to go by foot, Casa's Walking Trail can be accessed right outside our door. A short five minute walk takes one to the hotel's exclusive full service Spa, plunge pools, fitness center, shops, and restaurants. Hungry? Casa offers your choice of 9 restaurants on its grounds, including fine dining at New York's Le Cirque, The Beach Club (literally on the beach with ocean views), or a more relaxed atmosphere in a pizza parlour or Spanish tapas bar at Altos de Chavon.

After traveling to the Dominican Republic over the past 20 years, I have found there are plenty of activities outside the resort to experience local Dominican life. The people of the island are very friendly and provide a safe and welcoming cultural experience. Plan ahead and choose from numerous unforgettable experiences such as whale watching in the North and white water rafting in the mountains.

We have invested in our Villa Grant to make sure your vacation is stress free and provides all of the luxuries we are accustomed to at home.

• Private bilingual Cook has been a part of our family experience for many years. She cooks traditional island cuisine or any style meal at you request. There is a minimal fee per day to utilize the cook for dinners in addition to breakfast/lunch

Resort Fees:
Over the past year Casa De Campo has started to strictly enforce daily resort fees for all renters. This will be a per person fee per day and will enable you to enjoy the amenities around the resort.
$20 p/day Adults
$15 p/day Children
For groups that are renting for one week in our villa we will compensate you for 2 adults for the week after your trip. Simply send us the proof of payment via email and we will refund this portion from your total rental. There is no way around the resort fee as there may have been in the past. The good news is that your rental is tax free. Taxes at all hotels within the resort are 26%

I have stayed in many VRBO houses over the years, and this one is at the very top!! My family of five absolutely loved out week there and would definitely return. The house itself is wonderful, with 4 good-sized bedreeoms, each with its own bathroom, and the living area is spacious and comfortable with lots of seating. And the outdoor space has a nice pool and lots of comfortable, shaded seating. Just as importantly, the onwer Mike was on top of everything and the staff at the house (Ruth, Matilda and Victor) were incredible. They cooked delicious breakfasts and lunches and kept the house spic and span while always ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house!!

Great value!

Golf Villa 112 is a fantastic value for a 5 bedroom home in Casa de Campo. Our favorite part of the home was the golf view and the wonderful pool area with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and a large sofa. The beds are comfortable with great working bedroom AC units. The prepared breakfast (you provide the food) is a great way to start the day. I found the best way to communicate with Ruth (my Spanish is limited) was to use google translate and to leave a note on the kitchen counter of what we would like to have each morning and at what time. If you really want to splurge one day, reserve a cabana during the day at minnitas beach club (especially if there are several people to split the tab). Both Mary and Mike are easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would recommend this villa to a family or group of friends looking for an affordable, clean and nice place to stay.

A magical family vacation

We loved our trip to Casa de Campo! The house and accommodations were perfect! The owners very responsive to our many questions and emails and they even set up a driver, food delivery and meal preparation for dinner while we were there!! :) The staff was friendly and helpful, the 2 golf carts were great fun, the beaches and facilities at CdC were ahhhhmazing, the weather hot and perfect, the food delicious, the people over the top fantastic (the gardener climbed way up high in an avocado and mango tree to get us some fruit!!), the cocktails were a little too good... :) All in all, it was a picture perfect vacation and I would go back over and over and over again. It truly was a magical vacation that we will not ever forget. I am so happy to recommend this house, the owners, the beautiful casa de campo and all the wonderful people, food and the overall experience. A+++ . Our family was blessed to stay here!

Great villa bordering on golf course with private pool and quiet location.

We stayed here with our 4 children (2 teenagers and 2 tweens) and had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and very clean, exactly as it appears in the pictures. The pool area is spacious and has both sun and shade, which is nice in the heat of the day. The bedrooms all have air conditioning, private baths and plenty of closet space. The main living area is screened in, which we loved. Plenty of seating areas and overlooks the golf course. The home is on a quiet street in Casa de Campo, which we really liked. The kids rode bikes and wandered around, no issues. The maid/cook, Ruth, is wonderful. She made breakfast every morning and did a fabulous lunch for us when we requested (most days we were out and about). She did all the laundry too, a huge plus! The owners we very responsive to any questions and helpful with arrangements. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic villa

We had a super time, the house is centrally located, we hired a golf cart and that was sufficient to get around everywhere. The house is well equipped, very clean and the staff of Ruth and Fane were terrific.

Lovely Home and Would Highly Recommend

We have stayed in many VRBO's, AirBNB's, hotels around the world. This particular home was just a delight to stay in. The home itself was beautifully furnished, the open living room/ dining area/ relaxing sitting areas with the large wide open view of the golf course was wonderful! They had taken great care to make sure every bathroom was well equipped with towels and soaps and pitchers of clean water waiting for when we needed them, the pool was wonderful mainly because there were plenty of comfortable chairs to lay on and it was private and open to the night sky (don't miss the stars at night while swimming in the private pool). The kitchen was also well equipped with more than I have seen anywhere and Ruth, who works there, was always so pleasant and helpful. We took advantage of Ruth's wonderful cooking by paying extra to have her make us lunch and dinner as well each day and we purposely brought only Dominican food for meals because that is what I wanted her to make. When in the DR, we eat as the Doninicans eat and the food is always so good and Ruth did not disappoint. We had the advantage of having a local pastor with us to help us shop for all the right ingredients to make sure we didn't forget anything for Ruth. We rented a golf cart for every day there and the beach is only a 10 minute ride away. The only thing I would forewarn anyone about and this is not just for this house but all houses rented in Caso de Campo, is there a small additional fee per day that the resort makes you pay when you go to the main desk to sign in. There is really no way around it so just plan on it and it's not the end of the world. The resort itself is truly beautiful and we also ate dinner the first night when we got in later at the restaurant at the main hotel and it was wonderful as well. Worth the money and no different in price than eating in any major city for sure. Also, Mike is incredibly helpful and always got back to me promptly and was really great to work with before arriving. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Resort Property in Dominican Republic

The villa was a good home base from which to enjoy some beautiful sunshine and welcome warm temperatures at the tail end of winter. Mike, our VRBO host, was a very responsive guide to life there, too. The resort offers some lovely features - apparently amazing golf, a sandy beach, 2 large pools, and plenty of additional activities. It is a gated community so you are walled off from day to day life in the DR which is both good and bad. We took a trip to La Romana but there was not a lot to be seen. Altos de Chavon, on the property, is beautiful but filled with tour bus visitors. The true down side for our large group, though - and something we were clearly unprepared for - was the additional expenses that came with almost anything we wanted to do. Golf for 3 was quoted at just under $800. Breakfast buffet at the Lago Restaurant, $40 per head. Dinners at property restaurants ran to at least $80 per person. Skeet shooting, horse back riding, even access to the gym all carried pretty heft price tags. Ouch. Unfortunately, it put a lid on our ability and willingness to sign up for too much. The only down side to the villa was the internet service which was often missing or extremely slow. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and equipped. A good time away but buyer do beware. The villa seems so reasonably, price-wise (and it is!). Just make sure you account for everything else.

Perfect get away for families

This was the perfect vacation set up for our group - 2 families of 4. The villa was lovely. It was comfortable and clean and in great shape. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together around the table or by the pool but also to spread out a bit when we wanted downtime. A house works so much better than a hotel for a large group. Everyone could get up and eat breakfast on their own schedule. If the parents wanted to relax, the kids could still play in the pool. We could choose between cooking in or going out. Having a house gave us a lot of flexibility. Ruth is a gem. She met us at the house the first day with cold water, soda and cut up pineapple for the kids. She made us breakfast every morning. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Mathilda cooked a Dominican dinner for us one night, which everyone, even the kids, loved! Casa de Campo has plenty of activities to keep us busy - the beach, the marina, the hotel pool swim up bar, driving the golf carts around admiring the beautiful homes at Casa de Campo. We highly recommend Fogo de Brazil and La Cantina for meals out. Papa Jack's disappointed - mediocre food, too many cats and they tried to overcharge us. The zip line excursion was everyone's favorite. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

Fantastic family fun!

We took our five adult children on a Christmas getaway. The Villa was perfectly configured with four large bedrooms and five baths overlooking The Links golf course. We rented golf carts and a car so that some could play tennis while others enjoyed time at the beach or golf or participating in a Yoga class on the beach. After a full day of activities, it was nice to come back to the Villa and swim at the pool. Most everyone tried skeet shooting! The weather was marvelous with warm breezes which could be enjoyed in the house. At sunset, my husband and sons often jumped onto the course behind the house to hit a few extra balls. In the evenings, after a marvelous dinner prepared by the cook, adults children went out to bars within the resort for a nightcap. Every question we asked about prior to the trip was answered promptly and was helpful in planning our stay. Everyone had an unforgettable time and we created lifetime memories! We are so grateful.

Great time with family

The house was excellent and the location was perfect. Although it was a little bit of a drive to the beach on property, you could hardly call that a complaint. The house was spacious and clean. Everything was in working order and the maid took good care of us. The owner was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of.

Best Family Trip Ever

The house was perfect, near the hotel and the golf course. It was extremely clean and confortable. The cook and the maid were the best, they take care of us with so much love and tenderness that we really feel at home. We love Casa de Campo because there is something for every member of the family and for all ages. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend, the manager, the owner, the maid and the cook make our stay the best.

Perfection

This is the perfect house. I stayed here for a week with my three adult children, my son's fiancée and my grandson. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation, suitable for all ages. The house is clean, updated and very bright and cheerful. It has a tranquil vibe. We also requested a cook for the week and our meals were prepared on a regular schedule so my grandson could adhere to his normal napping and eating schedule. Between the cook and the maid, we were very well taken care of. The pool and patio area were large and accommodating and we took advantage of them daily just before sunset. The villa is screened on two sides and serene for reading in the early morning with a cup of coffee or later in the evening with a glass of wine. I highly recommend this golf cottage for families and couples alike. I don't think there is a better villa on campus!

Wished we could have stayed longer!

My husband, young son and I stayed at this Golf Villa and had a wonderful time. This was our second visit to Casa de Campo and we weren't disappointed! The house was spotless, had a perfect layout for families, and very centrally located. All in all, we wished we had another week and are looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful Relaxing Getaway

As my first vacation at a Private Villa in Casa De Campo, I have to say I was not disappointed in any way. The villa is beautifully maintained and cared for. The staff (Ruth) was a god sent angel and the most accomodating person you will meet. The villa is spacious and beautifully decorated and has close proximity to many amenities available on the resort. I have several friends and family that are interested in visiting and I will most certainly return to this peaceful sanctuary.

Golf and Beach Vacation

Beautiful house on Links Golf Course's 9th hole met all our requirements including a pool and airy, open living spaces and fully-equipped kitchen. The owners were helpful in supplying detailed information about available amenities and contacts for finding necessities such as a car and golf cart. Casa de Campo is well maintained and security is very good despite our visit being during a very low-season week. A great cook and housemaid were available to make our stay a restful one. We recommend this villa for a great golfing, tennis, and beach-bathing vacation in a community that's easy to get around in to find things of interest. Beautiful sunsets too.

Beauty, relaxation and fun in world class villa

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. Everything about the listing is spot on +. The home is beautifully maintained and cared for. Our family of four (kids are 10 and 12) were able to enjoy time away from New York with some of my wife's family from Santo Domingo and this mini family reunion was perfect. No one was bored during the entire stay. Everything about the experience was enjoyable as the owner answers all of your questions throughout the process quickly and very accurately. Ruth at the house greeted us with some fresh tropical fruit and a great smile. She helped make the week that much more relaxing. The pictures are true to the experience. Four large bedrooms, refreshing private pool, very large screened in sitting area with great breezes even in the middle of August, plenty of sitting and relaxing spots including the outdoor deck, and even a great grill and fully equipped kitchen. Located in one of the quiet areas of Casa (although some of the larger mansions on the main thru roads in Casa are worth an hour or so of sightseeing as well). If you are thinking of staying at Casa de Campo (and you should be), then you should strongly consider this house. Very conveniently located just minutes to the beach or tennis center and not far from the marina and Altos de Chavon (all by golf cart that were arranged very easily). This was our first time back to Casa in 9 years and they have done a great job upping the luxury while keeping the special DR charm. The restaurant at Minitas beach is better than before and La Casita at the Marina had great food and atmosphere. The beach even seemed better than what I recalled as this was one of Casa's lesser selling points before but not now. Not sure why it took us so long to get back but it wont be that long next time. Just a great experience for the family and we are already hoping to get back next year.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

We stayed at this villa for 9 days and it was fantastic! The villa is gorgeous and the kids loved being able to jump in the pool whenever they wanted. We rented a golf cart and the beach is only a 5-10 minute ride away. Kids snorkeled right off beach and saw stingray, schools of squid, octopus, parrot fish, box fish!! Ruth made us breakfast every morning and took care of cleaning. She is incredible. It was very relaxing and lots of fun. Definitely recommend the Saturday ride out to Catalina island run through the hotel. Owner made it very easy to set everything up. Highly, highly recommend this villa.

Greens

This is an excellent choice for a family vacation or perhaps bring along another family. Great location and you can walk to the golf course and hotel facilities. Spacious bedrooms, great circulation, pool area is very cozy and quiet. You can't beat the daily maid service and cook who gladly served us three meals a day. The owner was accurate in his description of the house and the abilities of the staff. They also had a local real estate agent who handled all of the logistics for us and even went food shopping in advance of our arrival so we have fresh food, cold drinks waiting for us after our long travel day. Having a golf cart to zip around the grounds and to the beach was a favorite of the kids. All in all a great value for this five star resort.

Relaxing Time

We stayed at the golf villa when my parents came to the DR for a visit and had a nice and relaxing time. Plenty of places to sit and a beautiful view of the gold course. The owners gave a letter that help reduce our resort fees, which was great, the resort fees being a bit of a ridiculous add on that CdC requires. Everything was as advertised. The rental agent even made sure I got the keys that I left, a nice added bonus. Thanks.

11 days of paradise

We stayed in this villa for 11 days in May and absolutely loved it. The villa is very HUGE, beautiful and has absolutely everything that you might need and more. The maid (Ruth) is very lovely and keeps this place very clean. We really enjoyed our time in the swimming pool. The owner (Michael) was very helpfull in answering all our questions and concerns before we arrived to villa. THis was an absolute PARADISE for all of us and especially for kids. We are looking forward to come back again soon. THank you Michael for everything.

OMG it was great. My husband and I stayed at this villa and I felt just at home this villa really knows how to make you fell very very relaxing. Casa De Compo golf trip

We arrived at the villa with two maids excitted to welcome us to this beautiful clean setting. All the 4 bedrooms had seperate bathing facilities and were cleaned perfect every day. I look forward to the day when I can return

My family has owned a villa at Casa De Campo for 25 years. As avid golfers, we fell in love with Casa at first visit, built a school in La Romana for local children, and have considered it our home ever since. Ten years ago we sold a 3 bedroom unit to upgrade to a 4 bedroom unit with a swimming pool for the children and grandchildren to enjoy. After traveling through the Caribbean for many years, we find the people of the Dominican Republic to be warm and good natured. The golf at Casa De Campo is by far the best in the islands and is a 'not-to-miss' destination for any player-play the internationally renown 'Teeth of the Dog', the 'Links' or take on Pete Dye's 'Dye Fore'. However, dubbed a 'Sportsman Paradise', Casa offers numerous activities to enjoy for those who do not golf-from tennis, skeet shooting, horse back riding, renting a boat the the marina, lounging on the beach or the pool, sightseeing, and exploring the fine cuisine offered at Casa De Campo.

When vacationing at our villa, you may choose to have the cook prepare all or some of your meals (breakfast and lunch included, with dinner being an added fee). If so, you may request your choice of local island cuisine or any of your favorite meals from home. Our cook prepares delectable dishes from around the globe. Our villa is unique in that it is situated extremely close to the Casa De Campo resort hotel-a quick 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The hotel is newly renovated renovated and includes numerous luxury amenities (Gym, spa, golf range and course, restaurants). Our villa is also located on the Casa walking trail, which is a great way to start your day. When staying at Golf Villa #112, do take advantage of the inground pool and private pool sitting area where you can enjoy lunch and some sun. A majority of the villa is open to allow for the comfortable screened in breezes.
