At 1,740 square feet across multiple levels, the home gives a group of ten room to spread out without losing the easy togetherness that makes Nashville trips memorable in the first place.

The main floor opens into a bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen layout — sectional seating arranged around a mounted TV and that aforementioned record player, a long dining table for eight beneath a statement chandelier, and a chef's kitchen with quartz counters, white shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, and a wide island for morning coffee or pre-honky-tonk cocktails. Gallery walls, designer lighting, and curated art give the home a personality that punches well above the typical rental aesthetic.⠀

Three bedrooms sleep up to ten across the upper levels. The primary suite anchors the home with a king bed, a patterned accent wall, and a private ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower. A second bedroom holds two full beds — ideal for friends sharing or a family with older kids — and the third offers a queen. Three full bathrooms plus a half bath mean nobody's waiting in line for the shower before a Broadway night.

Cleveland Park, the East Nashville neighborhood Rhett calls home, is the kind of pocket Nashville locals love — quiet residential streets, a quick drive to Five Points for coffee at Barista Parlor and dinner at Lockeland Table, and a 10-minute hop across the river to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and the heart of downtown. Germantown and its restaurant scene sit just over the bridge to the west, and Shelby Park and the Cumberland River greenway are minutes away when the city pace needs a pause.

The garage fits two compact cars or one SUV, with additional first-come, first-served on-site parking — a real perk in East Nashville, where street parking can be a sport. Pour a drink, drop the needle, and let Nashville do what Nashville does.

- Please be aware that this home is located near a busy highway, which may be noisy at times
- Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Parking Details:
The parking garage can fit two compact cars or one SUV.
There is also additional parking on site that is first come first serve.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Townhome that shares walls with other tenants

We were disappointed upon arrival to discover that this is not a free standing home, but instead of town home that shares a wall with another town home, in a small community of 13 units. Exterior photos of the property would have shown this, but there aren't any included in the listing or photos. We could hear everything going on in the unit we shared a wall with, including all of the multiple trips up and down the 2 sets of stairs in these town homes at all times of the day. The management group was very responsive to the issues we had with the TV in the living room during our stay, and the welcome items in the kitchen were very nice. This town home was very nicely decorated, and the toiletries in the bathrooms were nice touches. The photos of the interior of this town home were accurate, and it was very clean. For those traveling with a pet, there is very minimal green space/grass for walking and these 13 units are located in a rough part of town that is being re-developed. We really appreciated the 2 car garage with garage door opener, from a safety perspective in coming and going, especially at nighttime. We did capture photos of the exterior of the buildings if anyone would like to have them for uploading for visibility to future guests, so that others won't be surprised upon arrival like we were.
