The parking was good. The hot tub water was dirty and the kitchen had ants on the counter top... the bedrooms were very noisy from vehicles on the main street.. also no tvs in the bedrooms.

We wish we had been given the opportunity to address the issue during your stay so we could have corrected it immediately. As soon as we learned of your concerns, we took prompt action after your departure, including a thorough inspection and treatment, and it has not been an issue since. While we take preventive measures and maintain regular service, in any home, leaving food out can unfortunately attract pests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue to focus on preventing any recurrence.

Although we had a few problems at the beginning of our trip, the host responded quickly and resolved our issues! The house was also very clean when we arrived.

Terrific location in East Nashville. Great living space, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Was disappointed with the condition of the roof top outdoor space (seating and hot tub) so only a 4 star review. Once that is properly taken care of, it would be the perfect place. The host was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating.

Really nice for the price but there are no chairs on the patio that are not ripped so you can’t actually sit up there. The coffee machine only works if you hold it down. The towel racks were previously ripped off the wall and never fixed

exactly as advertised; clean house, nice kitchen.. landlord dropped off supplies as needed... excellent location only 20 minutes from downtown; hot tub was very nice... would stay again when visiting Nashville

Super cute and Spacious

Very cute and LOTS of space. Nicely decorated with beautiful murals. Close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Host was super responsive and addressed any questions that came up almost immediately.

Fantastic Home and Location

This home is very nice and we really enjoyed all of the space for our family. The neighborhood is great with good restaurants and grocery stores very close by. It was a very easy trip into downtown Nashville and to the Nissan Stadium. We highly recommend this home to all future trips.

Perfection

We had the best time here. Everything was perfect!! It's clean and well furnished. Very trendy. Of all the places available we are glad we picked this place. Communication was easy and prompt. Hopefully we will come back here soon

Host was very responsive and the property was close enough to downtown that it was about an 18 minute uber drive. There was some very fun places close by as well that you can walk to including tiger bar and Sid’s gold bar. Would definitely stay again. The living spaces were great for us and we were able to use the living area to play board games and the rooftop to have our coffee in the morning. Did not use the hot tub because I recently got a tattoo and that is not recommended but it looked clean and it is nice it is on the rooftop. The two car garage was amazing because it was wonderful to have our vehicle in a safe spot and not have to worry about street parking.

Nashville getaway

This was big enough to accommodate our group of 9. The manager was easy to communicate with. Due to weather we didn't use the outdoor area. Only thing I would change would be brighter lightbulbs in the bathroom. We would stay again.

The muse with an awesome vibe!

The Painted Muse lives up to the name. We had an enjoyable experience. The hosts were very communicative and super professional. When we had questions, the response was quick and effective. We were also given recommendations for restaurants which was helpful. The house was great for where we were spending much of our time.

Sure! Here’s a concise and clear review based on your experience:---Review of Our StayI was disappointed with my recent experience at this property. Before arrival, I received a phone call informing me that one of the bathrooms would be unusable, which was frustrating. Upon checking in, I found the hot tub to be filthy, and when it was time for bed, we discovered that the sheets hadn’t been changed—stains were still visible on them! To make matters worse, the bathroom connected to my room had a constant drizzle of water from the shower, leaving us with just one usable shower for the entire house.When I requested a refund for one night due to these issues, my request was denied, and I was only offered 300, which felt inadequate. Given the cleanliness and maintenance concerns, I would not stay at this property if I were you.

We always try to provide the best experience for all our guests, and upon Dawn's arrival, we admit we did not do that. As such, we agreed to refund Dawn a portion of her stay, in addition to having the property re-cleaned. She agreed that this would be satisfactory enough to continue her stay, as we wanted to ensure her group was going to be truly happy. However, after check-out, she asked for more than double the agreed refund amount or threatened to write a nasty review to paint us in a bad light. Unfortunately, this is a result of us standing our ground. I truly hope she had an overall good trip, but we would not rent to her again.

The location was perfect; home itself was nice but there was a lot that should have been better. After reaching out to see about early checkin I was informed that they were doing some repairs & still cleaning so we waited until 3pm which was fine. There was a lot of disappointment to follow. Upon arrival the garage keypad was missing & the garage door open, we discovered that 1 bathroom was in the process of having the tub replaced so we would be down 1 shower which is huge when you have 7 people, 5 of being women in one house. I did call about this & a stopped-up drain in another bathroom and was told the plumber would be back, but the shower would not be usable for 24 hrs which would have been fine. They never returned & I fixed the sink. We were left without a keypad to the garage for the whole weekend (guess the "plumber" had it). Asking guest to download an app to control this is super inconvenient. Missing light bulbs in several of the rooms, including zero lights on the rooftop. The hot tub had a dirt ring & there were empty bottle/cans on the roof, all the chairs on the roof were broken so there was no sitting and enjoying the rooftop.The ice maker was not working properly, later discovered a frozen bottle of juice in it. The Kuerig did not work, no trash in main level bathroom, no dishwasher pods or trash bags under kitchen sink (as stated in checkout email) and the floors were not swept or mopped. Did reach out privately but was ignored. Not worth the cost.
