It is very bright all day long.<br>It has 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms in the main house: Two bedrooms are on the first floor (1 bathroom with shower) and a master suite of 40 m2 upstairs (with bathtub). In 10 minutes, you are in Saint Lunaire, Dinard... The departmental road that passes in front of the house, is far from the bedrooms because at the end of the driveway.... For information, this road (the D118) is really secondary, because for 20 years, a 4-lane has taken all the traffic in the village. The bells of the village church: You will not hear them.
