The space
Our home is perfect for families with children, couples or friends that want the full SoCal experience. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Living areas, 1 Dining Room, 1 additional dining table, and a full kitchen. There is a work station with an extra monitor, keyboard and printer with paper available in one of the bedrooms. The rooms get great natural light during the day and noise-level inside the rooms are very low.

Our home has been arranged to be family friendly and safe for infants & kids! The cabinets and outlets are child-proofed, the fireplaces have padding on edges, and there is a safety fence around the pool in the backyard. It comes equip with a high chair, pack and play, two full sized cribs, bassinet, toys, books, baby bath tub, and changing table. The house is located in a quiet residential area.

Outside:
Our backyard has a BBQ grill, patio table and chairs, two pool lounge chairs and a large pool with a security fence for your enjoyment.

Guests are welcome to use the entire place as their own. The home comes fully stocked with toiletries, towels, dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, rice cooker, air fryer, blender, microwave, hot/cold water dispenser, oven, etc. The home has central A/C and Heating, fast Wifis and smart TVS, a projector screen, washer/dryer, and more.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and backyard with a pool. We will provide you with check-in instructions prior to your stay.

By booking our home, you are agreeing to follow all house rules below and the check-out instructions.

Other things to note:
Only the disclosed guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Some longer stay bookings (28+ days) will require a signed lease. Government ID is required to verify identity.

Our home is located in a quiet and close-knit neighborhood. To respect our neighbors, noise level must be kept to a respectable level at all times, and a noise ordinance is in effect starting at 9pm.

House rules:
-No Events/Parties of any kind
-Only disclosed guests are allowed on property at any time
-No shoes or jumping on furniture
-Please only eat/keep food in the designated dining areas
-No pets of any kind. No exceptions
-No smoking inside/outside the home
-No confetti, silly string, glitter, water balloons allowed
-Noise ordinance after 9pm
