Stayed on the phone for a half hour upon arrival trying to find our what room we were staying. Sand in the beds, inside doors wouldnt lock, not enough towels, and no toilet paper provided

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the VRBO experience was OK. The rental process was easy and communication was timely. The condo was just right for our family size of 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. It was clean and AC was great especially with the extreme high temperature. The twin beds were great very comfortable according to the girls, but the master queen bed was pretty soft for our liking and we should have just brought our own pillows. Parking underneath away from the sun was very good, but only disappointed was we had to walk a pretty long ways or drive and then park to get to the beach access. Also one of the 2 small pools was closed the whole time and the other pool was then very overcrowded with kids and families so we didn't get to use it. No beach view just a view of the water way behind us. The TV we're real small so they could replace them with a little bigger ones.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to first say the property management side was wonderful. Location was great with a close walk to the beach access and to a store. When we arrived the main living area television would not show any channels, we contacted the property manager who tried to assist us via text, when this did not work they sent someone out but still could not remedy the issue. The bedroom tv did work correctly. The only other issues we had was that there was hair left in the shower on the sides of the tub area, and if you need more than 4 forks or spoons you will need to bring your own. The biggest issue we had was that the king size bed mattress was horrible, and very outdated. You could feel every spring and I t felt like it would cave in when sleeping on it so my wife and I ended up sleeping on the couches because of this. Over all I would use the property manager again but not stay in this location unless the mattress was replaced.

Unsanitary. Terrible.

Unsanitary. Hair Ball in kitchen. Floors made our feet black in 15 minutes. Trash in cabinets. Opened and used bar of soap put back in wrapper. Dirty sheets. No dish soap no trash bags, no dishwasher soap. No broom. No paper towels. Tub would not drain. Bedroom door lock broken. Ac vent clogged. Broken shelf. Everything covered in firm. Pots and pans were broken. Oven didn't work correctly. Couches were broken. Sleeper sofa was unsleepable. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable. Dated Everything in need of a complete overhaul. Text sunset properties and got quick response but they responded slowly with what we asked for and gave the bare minimum. Could have cared less about us. I paid a lot of money for a dirty dump. So unhappy.

Ok place

If paying just for the room, it’s a pretty good deal. They are not getting their money’s worth for the expensive cleaning fee. We found hair in sheets, the refrigerator, and in both bathrooms. One of the twin beds broke the first night and one of my daughters had to sleep on the sofa. We reported it the next morning, but nobody came out. I hope it is fixed before the next family comes. The location was great. Not a terrible place, but not the absolute best.

Very disappointed! The condo was so run down. I had to sleep on a lope sided broken bed! Unless you are into staying up all night due to idiots not abiding by noise ordinance then by all means this is your place! Everything about this place was uncomfortable! Too expensive for what you get!

The property was nothing like the advertisement. False advertisement.

The property was sorely outdated. The furniture and bedding was bad. There was no washer/dryer as advertised. The refrigerator had rust around it and we were not aware there was no elevator. We paid a lot of money and traveled a ways to be disappointed. My pictures of the property will show others that I would not recommend it to anyone else. There was no gate code or room code because the place did not have that type security.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed ourselves due to being at Gulf Shores but would have enjoyed it much better had the beds been more comfortable. There were also only 2 forks in the drawer which highly disappointed us for we had 4 people so we had to go buy our own. So the rental was not what it said it would be. The railing outside of our door was taped off for apparently it isn't safe. Someone came inside as well while we were staying there to change out a filter and what he pulled out was filthy. That should have been done before our stay. The side of the refrigerator had a bunch of grease running down the side of it. Very disgusting. Needless to say, things were not in tip top shape for the amount of money we spent on this for an entire week. We stayed in a rental nearby and much better than this place. It needs maintenance badly and a good sanitizing and replace the mattresses.
