This Unit has a great view of the pool. It is so relaxing to sit out on the deck and listen to the soft sounds of the water and see the beautiful pool and courtyard. This Unit is on the second floor and has new flooring throughout. Living room has cathedral celings with celing fan, sofa and loveseat, entertainment center with flat screen tv and dvd player. Dining room is open to the living room with cathedral ceiling, sliding glass doors that go out to the deck, and has a bar that seperates the kitchen, Kitchen and bar have granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, glass top electric stove, kitchen equipped with pots and pans and dishes ready for your cooking, hall has full size washer and dryer in closet, master bedroom has celing fan, king size bed, flat screen tv, master bath has twin sinks, tub with shower, and closet. Guest bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and it's own bathroom, This unit also has Direct TV, and linens are furnished. No pets.

We loved staying at this condo! We overlooked the pool, which thd kids loved, and it was a great place to sit on the patio and relax! The pool was well taken care of and everyone was so nice!

Home away from home

We absolutely LOVED our time here!! It was comfortable and so nice to have a place to call home while we were vacationing in Gulf Shores from WI. The kids loved having their own bedroom and bathroom and they also loved the pool.

Location and Condo were amazing!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was clean and close to the beach. We definitely recommend staying here. It is close to night life, fun activities, and amazing food. The kids loved the pool which was also clean and they were flexible with pool hours. If we go to Gulf Shores again we will definitely look to stay here again.

Overall very well place to stay, 2nd time weā€™ve stayed here. Cleanliness was a 8/10 roughly, couple things in rooms were still ā€œdirtyā€ just not cleaned very well as could be. Well equipped kitchen & laundry room with spacious room for 4 people. Would stay here again

Excellent Condo

Great condo! Beds were very comfortable and loved being across the street from the grocery store! Pool was absolutely wonderful - well kept and clean! Excellent communication and pricing from owners! Only thing I would say is the master bathroom had some issues - but I fixed it with my my OSU beach towels - lol!!! All in all great stay and would def stay again!

Nice decor and very clean

Our vacation was perfect! We enjoyed the condo so much. It was close to the beach, but far enough away to enjoy our peaceful evenings. The complex has a very nice pool that my children and I enjoyed. Connie was very informative and a pleasure to deal with and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. We will definitely book again next summer.

Such a wonderful place!

I completely recommend this condo. From the responsiveness of the owners to the southern hospitality extended by them, it was great! The location is perfect. It was easily accessible to everything while still maintaining the quiet, residential feel. Beds were comfy, amenities were plentiful, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. We felt safe the entire time and truly enjoyed our stay. It was absolutely our home away from home during our trip. We could have not been more pleased or had a more enjoyable experience. Lovely Hidden Gem

You will not be disappointed! From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. The condo's ambiance is cozy and relaxing. We had everything we needed and completely felt as if we were at home. Our week flew by and we did not want to leave. We absolutely enjoyed using the pool. It was always clean, refreshing and inviting. John and team do a phenomenal job keeping the property very well kept and were very polite. Gene and Connie were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. We can't believe we got so lucky with this hidden gem. Gulf Shores is a very busy area, but you wouldn't even realize it because you're tucked one street away from it all. Everything was within 5-10 minutes away. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay. We loved our vacation and as a family, have decided to make this our yearly vacation spot. THANK YOU for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back.

What else could you ask for?

Everything went smoothly from exchanging emails and payments to giving phone numbers to easily get in contact with. Firstly the unit has a lock code which makes it convenient as opposed to keeping up with a door key. After arriving, I was instantly satisfied with the decision to rent. Everything was very tidy, furniture/beds were comforting, top notch appliances with everything necessary to cook including a nice granite bar top with bar stools or wood table with high rise bar type chairs to eat at. High rise ceilings and room sizes make it a very spacious environment, not to mention the balcony which is about 15 feet long with view of the pool. Finally the location is perfect, right next door to Walmart, Winn Dixie, numerous restaurants and literally a straight shot (30 seconds) along the north line to beach which includes all the surf shops and local eateries. Not only would I highly recommend but I will be back next year!
