This 1 bedroom deluxe floor plan offers everything a small family would want; from master bedroom and living-room panoramic gulf views to an open kitchen with plenty of counter-space and enough seating for 8 between the breakfast bar and dining area table. Kitchen comes prepared with cooking and eating utensils, cookware, and tableware.
Fresh bed linens & bathroom towels are included; washer and dryer are available in the condo as well.
Condo bedding includes a King in the master, Twin bunks in the bunk area (no guest over 100 lbs. on bunks please), and a Full sized sleeper sofa.

*** Important Information About AC Operation***
The Owner has asked that guests keep the air conditioner temperature setting between 71°F to 75°F. to avoid mold and mildew. Therefore, your thermostat will allow adjustments within this prescribed temperature range.
In addition, the air conditioner system is controlled with shut-off switches on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will only delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.
