This BEAUTIFUL One Bedroom + PRIVATE Bunk Room stands above the rest. The Gulf-View Master Bedroom has its own access to the 33-foot balcony and overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The bright, spacious Living Room has a pull-out Queen size sofa, a large flat screen TV + DVD player and access to the extra large balcony. The bunk room is located in its own PRIVATE area - not in a hallway like many other beach condos. The unit sleeps 5, includes a WASHER & DRYER, has 2 full baths, and a fully-stocked kitchen.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, large chest of drawers and spacious closet. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the balcony and a spectacular view of the emerald gulf coast. The private Master Bathroom is just a few steps away.

The LIVING ROOM offers breathtaking views of the Gulf through nine-foot-high glass doors that lead to the balcony. This spacious room includes a sleeper sofa that folds out to a Queen-size bed. A 50' flat screen TV and DVD player lets you watch DVDs.

The open and airy KITCHEN is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and garbage disposal. It comes stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots and pans. Plus, a converted pantry gives you extra space for your groceries (a feature not available in all units). The granite top bar includes 3 bar stools and the nearby dining table seats an additional 3 people.

The bunk bed is not in the hallway (like most units), but tucked away in its own cozy BUNK ROOM. The adult-sized beds have extra thick, comfy mattresses. The closet has a chest of drawers and extra blankets. It has quick access to the second bathroom, which also contains a stackable washer and dryer.

The 30 foot BALCONY is the widest of any 1 BR at Tidewater. There are four comfortable outdoor chairs and two patio tables.

The unit also includes FREE CABLE and WIFI INTERNET ACCESS.

Located on the 22nd floor, the views are splendid on both sides. Street noise and loud music are minimized at this height. The unit is set back from the main hallway (more privacy) but near one of the lesser-used elevators.
