Enjoy the most amazing Homer sunsets with views of Cook Inlet, Mt. Augustine and Mt. Iliamna from this quiet home with open concept kitchen/dining room/living room and master bedroom. This home is .5 mile off the main highway and set on 2.5 acres with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Master bedroom is upstairs on main level with king bed and attached bathroom with door to the front deck. Also on the main level is a powder room, laundry room, kitchen, dining room and living room. Entrance to the main level has a ramp. Downstairs has a separate door entrance and hosts two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a full, twin and an ottoman that makes into a twin bed with a memory foam mattress. Both downstairs rooms share a full bathroom with tub. It's a brand new build with all updated appliances, radiant in-floor heat and views from every room. The Homer spit is 13 miles south of our home which means when you come back from your busy daily adventures, the only thing you'll have to worry about is where to sit to enjoy the sunset with the serenity of trees, moose and traveling ships in the inlet.

Beautiful home outside of Homer

We had a wonderful stay. This property owner has thought of it all - from laundry detergent to extra blankets to every kitchen utensil needed! Gorgeous views to top it all off.

Perfect setting

This house is as perfect as the pictures make it and everything’s as its description. The Larson have an amazing place and very easy to talk to and work with. HIGHLY recommend this house and would book again.

Wish we had more time!

Beautiful home! Views were incredible once the clouds cleared, but even with clouds and fog it was beautiful. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. We would love the opportunity for a return visit!

Another awesome stay!

We returned to this home again since we had such a great experience last year. I am able to function in this house as I do at your home, i.e. washing clothes, cooking meals, etc. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is fully stocked, home is convenient to Homer and the view is amazing! We will return again - Susan is an amazing host!

A perfect paradise

What a wonderful home! This is a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything that Homer, the Homer Spit, and the Soldotna/Kenai areas have to offer. On several mornings we were greeted by a mama moose and her wild baby running around in the yard. It was a highlight for our 10 you daughter whose #1 Alaska trip goal was to see a moose. The interior is immaculate yet feels like home. We travel often and stay in many rentals and without a doubt this is the most well-furnished and supplied rental we have ever experienced. Every detail of your stay has been carefully thought through and you will feel well cared for in this home. The views out on the deck are impressive and we spent many hours looking at the landscape. We also enjoyed a nice bonfire on our last evening and were able to reminisce of our great Alaskan adventure. We hope more families get to enjoy this special home as a base for their Alaskan getaway.

Absolutely Wonderful

The home is absolutely spectacular! Everything you will ever need is at your fingertips. Susan is fantastic! Incredible getaway house

Beautiful newly built home with inlet view. Design and furnishing is showroom ready. It’s organized extremely well with luxuries and amenities you won’t find in any local hotel. We had one brief encounter with a neighbor who was very friendly. The entire rental experience was well managed with distance and every detail and concern addressed to provide you a stress free experience. I stay in nice hotels over 200 nights a year all around the world and this is by far the best option for a Homer visit

Everything was very clean, the house was just as advertised. Susan was easy to communicate with and the check in/out instructions were very clear. We’ll equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals and enjoy the evenings on the deck.

Couldn't ask for Better!

We took a vacation as a multigenerational family. Grandkids, parents, and the grandparents were included. Everyone was comfortable! There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space and scenery. The location was great for walks into nature and sitting around the fire pit. The layout of the home was superb. We have already decided, this is our one and only go-to vacay home.

We have owned and operated a long range fishing and hunting business in Homer and Kodiak for 21 years and still going strong for us. We now are snow birds spending our 'off' time in Las Vegas. We hope you enjoy and fall in love with Homer as it will always have a special place in our hearts.
