Welcome to Elk Meadow Lodge! License #6165. The view off back deck is unbelievable! Relax in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2-story vacation rental that will feel brand new. Conveniently located in the highly sought after Maryā€™s Lake region. This modern rustic townhome with a first floor master suite is only 3 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park. It's just a short drive to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It has gorgeous mountain and lake views and within walking distance to Maryā€™s Lake. It also has great WIFI if you need to work from our cabin.

Our townhome can sleep up to 8 people, and offers over 2000 sf of well appointed living space. Relax on the covered deck or lower patio and watch elk, coyotes, deer, and other wildlife graze in the meadow below. The wildflowers are abundant in the spring and early summer and the birds will soar by you as you are sitting on the deck. Enjoy the gas fireplace on chilly evenings in the great room, or watch movies, play games or put together a puzzle in our cozy lower level living room. It's a great area for the kids to get away and it features a pull-out couch and loveseat and a full size Legend Video Arcade including Burgertime, Centipede, Asteroids, Tron, Star Wars, Lion King, Space Invaders, Star Wars, Fix it Felix and many more!

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of pots and pans, slow cooker, Ninja Blender, teapot, Keurig dual cup/pot coffee maker with filters provided, baking sheets, etc. Beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances add to the upscale feel and is a great space for enjoying the holidays with friends and family. The large table accomodates 8 people and makes a great place to gather for food, games, puzzles, and cards after a long day in the park. There is also a gas grill on the upper deck for cooking with a view.

A wonderful stay with our family. GORGEOGorgeous view and quiet lovely area. We had deer and elk just below the deck.Very close to RNP. Fall is the perfect season. Condo very well stocked, had everything we needed. Grandkids (13 & 11) enjoyed the lower family room with games and movies.Very clean and owner quickly responded to any question we had. Cant wait to come back.

This property was just fantastic. Great location just outside of Estes and 10 minutes to RMNP gate. My family of 5 were here for a wedding and had a great time. The property was extremely well stocked, in pristine condition, and the owner reached out periodically to check in. We will book again for sure. Highly recommend.

The house was really beautiful and clean. The location was easy to get to and had gorgeous views. Close to everything but far enough out from the busy downtown to make it easy to get around. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Quiet and serene. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place - inside and out! Views are 11/10!!

This place lived up to the hype. The views in real life are better than in the pics. A herd of 30 elk were visible from back deck for hours. Inside, itā€™s super clean, comfortable, and spread out enough for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy.Location is so easy - less than 10 min to Estes park, twin owls restaurant and Maryā€™s lake were walking distance. Would def stay again! Wonderful!!

This property was amazing. The views were better than pictured in the listing. The property is close to everything, yet far enough away from the hustle of downtown Estes Park. We loved the deck and spent most of our time at the home out on the deck enjoying the views of the mountains. The property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week, including a gas grill on the deck.We would stay here again!

Fantastic location, home, and hosts! The views are phenomenal from the back deck, a short drive to downtown or RMNP, and very comfortably accommodated the max of 8 occupants. A Mountain Dream

This has been my FAVORITE rental of any vacation weā€™ve ever been on. The view is absolutely breathtaking - everything was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved everything about it and Tom & Leah were excellent to work with. The most amazing home base to explore RMNP and Estes Park! Donā€™t miss out on this one! If I could give it more stars I would.

ELK VIEWS ABOUND

Kitchen well stocked. New amenities and furnishings. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Lots of elk activity both in front of house which can be viewed on the balcony. Even more Elk activity out the back of property . Perfect for larger families. There is porch access out both front and bottom levels so might not want to leave smaller children alone downstairs. But it is a perfect place. And so close to the main entrance of RMNP and Bear Lake Entrance. Hope to return next year!

We had a great stay, the condo was VERY clean, modern and comfortable, and in a quiet community. The views are also even better than the photos, we loved having our morning coffee while looking at the mountains. Located not far from RMNP entrance and downtown shopping/lots of restaurants but felt out of the way enough to be peaceful.

Amazing Morning Views

This was our first time to Estes Park and we really enjoyed it. There is very few places you can go and be woken up by elk bugling in the back yard. There is huge herd of elk that hang out around the house. Leah was so helpful in every aspect and the house was amazing.

Our townhome is located in the quiet and majestic Mary's Lake region of Estes Park.
We have floor to ceiling windows in our great room which overlook the incredible Rocky Mountains! It's truly breathtaking!
We are just 3 miles away from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park (Moraine Park Entrance) and 4 miles from downtown Estes Park!
Lily Lake is just 3 miles away, up the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway (Colorado Hwy 7). It is a local favorite, ideal for a picnic or short walk around the lake that is good for the whole family!

Our property looks out to Mary's Lake and has amazing views of the Colorado Rockies right out the back door! We often see elk in the meadow right outside our back window and deck. In the Fall we were blessed to hear them bugling!
