We had a wonderful time. The apartment was exactly the right size for our family to share. The amenities were well kept. Communication with host was very easy.

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool facility was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the unit was nice however the carpets were absolutely filthy and it was hard getting to the unit and finding the unit.... It was an enormous complex... Probably too big. Thank you for the stay.

Homey indeed, but it is clean. If you’d like to feel like you’re visiting your grandma’s house in the mountains, this is the place for you. Older furnishings with a lived in feel (seam tears on the sofa, vintage chest of drawers, bed linens, etc) would describe this condo’s the best.Make sure you bring your wall blocks for charging devices. I stated above, it was clean, I just felt like I was at my great grandmother‘s house.

Nice Place -

My only complaint is that the pool and Hot Tub were three buildings away and in that weather -walking to and from is not something you want to do.

The Adventure Hike

The walk through to find our room was horrendous to say the least. Four flights of stairs in the wood deck maze carrying all our stuff to enter a condo that is a step back in time to the early 80s and leaving in the rain made it even worse. Parking is not ideal to the condos. The area is beautiful great views great food very relaxing and enjoyable. I had a good weekend but will not stay here again.

Great location

We appreciated the location and great Beech Mountain view during our recent stay. The place was fine and cosmetically clean, but not more than a once-over, in my opinion. It took a day for the baseboard heat to warm up the place, and the water never reached a hot enough temperature for a proper hot shower. Despite these factors, our focus on the view and snowy getaway made it a pleasant experience for us.

YOU JUST WANT THINGS TO WORK.

Little disappointing. Stayed at other units at the same resort a dozen or more times. This unit had some real issues. Master BR shower doesnt get hot enough to use and dryer in unit doesnt work. Both uissues seem ongoing looking at other past reviews.

Nasty and GROSS

We stayed 2 nights at this property and it was disgusting. Reached to the property management company Vacasa and they did nothing. There was poop splattered on the toilets, nasty food residue and smell in the fridge, questionable things stuck to the carpet and IT WAS GROSS. This apartment is outdated, hard to find, and when you get there its nasty. VACASA did nothing to fix the problem. I do not recommend you waste your money.

Great Location...Property Out Dated!!

The Unit was nice and clean, but out dated. The bed mattresses were old and did not sleep well. My daughter slept on couch. The TV in master bedroom turned on, but that was it. Could not play any channels. Towels were VERY limited. Property needed alot of work. Could be a very nice placed if property was taken care of and the unit updated. Views were nice for the unit. A lot of potential is there if taken the time.

Best view of the slopes

We visited during the snow storm this year. 4 wheel drive was a must! Condo was clean with plenty of room. We used the kitchen to make dinner with plenty of utensils and cookware. We skiied beech and had a great time!

Very poor Vrbo rental

The photos of this apartment are deceiving and makes it look good. In fact, that carpets were badly stained. The bedding and covers were bad. The main bedroom cover had hair on it. The sofas were quite old and we decided to put towels on them. This was not what we had anticipated and this ranks among our worst experiences with vrbo and the 1st time I've ever been motivated to provide a review. We rented for 2 nights and decide to check out after our 1st night.
