T2 1st line sea view in GRAU D'AGDE

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an exceptional view of the sea. No traffic at the bottom of the building, you immediately access the pedestrian embankment and the beach, with its children's games. The building (without elevator) is in the center of Grau d'Agde, a stone's throw from the shops and the market, and less than 50m from a free parking lot. The apartment has wifi, air conditioning and all the comforts to enjoy your stay as a couple or as a family.

The apartment includes a large bay window overlooking the 7 m2 south-facing terrace facing the sea where you can easily eat for 4 and relax on the deckchairs, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm), an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower (it is 70x70 cm, a little small for some people) and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) which opens onto a quiet balcony (north side).
Crossing, our accommodation allows you to have air on hot days and if necessary, you can use the air conditioning.

Some important information:
- For your stay, pillows and duvets for 4 people are available. You will need to bring your own fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as your towels. We offer to rent your bed linen and towels for an extra charge (price to be specified according to your length of stay and number of people).
- There is no elevator, you will leave with firmer thighs and buttocks;)
