Ground floor: small open-plan kitchen/living room with fireplace insert, living room with large bay windows, separate WC, one bedroom with en-suite shower room (two single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined together) and a separate shower room.
Attic floor: two small, comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm) and a separate WC.

Amenities included: DVD player, Wi-Fi access, cot and high chair.

Not included: electric heating, bed linen, towels, firewood, electricity.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business travelers (€90).

Coming from Nort s/Erdre, in the village of Joué s/Erdre, 1st left dir. Lake of Vioreau. Follow direction beach. The road leads to the lake crossing. Take the large bend to the right, the gîte is on the right at the edge of the road, before the Vioreau sign.
