Lobo Landing Cabin 18 offers plenty of space for families, fishing groups, and guests traveling with pets. Located in the Lobo Landing riverfront community, the cabin puts the Little Red River, fishing access, and the marina close by while still offering a comfortable place to relax between adventures.

Inside, the living room features a rock fireplace and Smart TV, creating a cozy place to unwind after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the spacious layout gives everyone room to spread out.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom includes another queen bed. A single pull-out sleeper in the living area provides additional sleeping space for one guest.

Outside, the spacious yard offers room to relax, play games, grill, and gather around the fire pit. The cabin also includes a Level 2 EV charger for added convenience.

Cabin 18 is located in the Lobo Landing riverfront community near the Little Red River. A private fishing dock and boat ramp are nearby, and guests also have access to a dock at Lobo Landing Marina.

Downtown Heber Springs is about a 10-minute drive away with restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, and entertainment. Greers Ferry Lake, hiking trails, kayaking, canoeing, and other outdoor activities are also nearby.

The cabin was very clean and had plenty of room for the grandkids and our dog. It was a beautiful, peaceful location. We love the little red river and Heber Springs is one of my favorite places to visit.

The smoke detector was beeping when we got there, we messaged the host right away, the next day they messaged back that someone would change the batteries. It beeped all night in the bedroom. Someone stuck a pack of batteries in the door the next morning for us to change ourselves, but there's no ladder in the unit. Also they expect you to run the dishwasher, start the laundry and haul trash to the dumpster before you leave...

This was a great cabin to stay at and the hosts were great and responded to any concerns very quickly! The only thing that would have made the check in part easier is if they were able to use debit cards. They only accept credit cards online. Luckily, they worked with us and we were able to give cash. Now about the cabin itself, it was prettier than the pictures! There were plenty of pillows to make sleep comfy! Plenty of cookware and dishes with a great dishwasher to help clean everything. The Wi-Fi works great. We saw 2 owls while we were there and a crane. The nature aspect was super cool and made it a very relaxing and peaceful weekend. I would recommend this host for anyone!

4th of July getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The cabin was clean & had everything we needed. Good amount of room for our group of 5 adults & 2 kids. Great place to go for fishing on the Little Red River & about 15 minutes to Greer's Ferry Lake.

Great Cabin

Cabin was clean, comfortable and roomy. The wood burning fireplace was essential for the two of us. Front porch was outstanding. Just a great experience all around.

The air conditioner works great. The showers will not work if using them at the same time ( no water pressure) and the grill is small.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were let down when we arrived as we found the face of the microwave broken, a bed side lamp broken, and the washer/dryer broken. We also had to go buy a TV for the master bedroom. The pic-nic table also had a board broken off of it. For the price of the rental I would expect all of this to not exist. It was an ok stay, just not a cabin that is taken care of for the customers benefit. Might be fine for a guys weekend, not for a family for a week.

So I was pleasantly surprised to have all the room! I loved the welcome sign by the door and the signs inside the cabin. All the little touches that were inside the cabin were nice. The air conditioning was very welcoming and worked GREAT!! I didn’t know it was as close to the highway as it was so was surprised , but could NOT hear the traffic when inside. It was close to fishing and restaurants and stores for last minute needs. (glad to have all of that) the only thing I was disappointed about was the washer and dryer that were suppose to be included. The washer did not work and the dryer was not there at all! Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Property was lacking in appearance, cleanliness and amenities. When we arrived the front porch was still covered in leaves and dirt with a dirty stained rug to greet us. On the inside it appeared that the area rugs had not been vacuumed recently. The floors were dirty as witnessed when the babies with us crawled on the floor and their knees were black when the got up. There was no toaster, measuring cups, a knife sharp enough to peel potatoes, a can opener. The refrigerator smelled of fish. One of the doors to the closet in the master bath was not hung. The drain plug in the second bath would not hold water to bathe the child staying with us. The grills in the yard were old and had not been cleaned out from their last use. The yard area around our cabin could have been better groomed.

Reviewer Comments: I am very frustrated customer from Arkansas Vacation Cabin Rentals. I recently rented a cabin from you and on the website it has you agree to check before continuing that says upon 5-7 days of departure that you will be refunded your deposit. Now being that it was part of the rental total and not a deposit that I had to put down on the cabin in order to reserve it. I believe that is false information if you are not wanting to refund the deposit.

Really liked the cabin accommodations. Rustic setting but not roughing it. Walking distance to the boat. Beautiful location to enjoy the outdoors. Short drive to walking trails at Sugarloaf Mountain and Greer’s Ferry Dam. Will definitely stay here again.

The cabin is beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Fishing for my husband was a short drive down the road. I can’t wait for a good excuse to go back!
