Private 14 acre Creek side Cabin and close to Lake

Rollins Creek Side Retreat sits on 14 beautiful acres, we are at the very end of a dead end road. The property is very private. We have Cadron Creek that runs the whole length of the back of property along with Betits Mountain. The cabin is a two story with two bedrooms and one bathroom. We have double decks and a spiral staircase that connects the two decks. We have a beautiful lit up metal gazebo with fire pit. We are also 1.5 mile from Cove Creek Campground that is on Greers Ferry Lake. The campground has two boat ramps and huge parking lot for trucks and trailers. They also have spots to pull your boat on the bank and park and tie off for the weekend. They have a nice swim beach as well.
One of our favorites things about our cabin is how private we get to enjoy the lake and come back to the cabin after a long day on the water and enjoy time with each other and the privacy.
We are also 25 minutes from Fair Field Bay SXS trails. Fair Field Bay has plenty of hiking trails. Heber Springs is short drive and has all your shopping needs and grocery and several restaurants. They have a small movie theater and skating rink. Quitman is very close and has restaurants and few shopping options. Quitman has a Dollar General. There is a fish hatchery up from the famous Little Red River which is a short drive with the best trout fishing. Collins Creek trail is a must see. You are more than welcome to bring your SXS or Atv and trailer to trails. We also don’t mind riding on our property. The community is ATV friendly. We also don’t mind hunting and there is a Cherokee WMA right up the road. Both our decks over look the Cadron creek. Wake up and enjoy the creek!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! So private, and so many thin to do on the property. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone. My daughter is Ben said she wanted to go back!!Communication with the owner was AMAZING! She was so quick to respond to any questions I had.Added bonus…our dog loved all the free space to run around this property!!

This place is like paradise. The cabin was wonderful, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The outside was so nice , the fire pit, the out door lighting , the hammocks all of it. We had such a special time there with relatives from the area with day of creek wading , a cookout , a fire and smores . We will definitely be back. Such a special place .❤️

Amazing Stay!

This properly was absolute beautiful. The cabin is so cute and decorated beautifully. It's located at the end of a road and totally private. From fishing in the beautiful creek to playing games in the yard to napping in one of the hammocks, we had a great stay! The owners were so kind and communicated well. I'd 100% stay here again!

Peaceful and charming!

The property is just as described but words and pictures don't do it justice. We had everything we could possibly need. Clean and ready to play. The creek was a big hit with all of us. Hot summer time and playing in the creek was just what the doctor ordered! This is one of those return every year property. Nice, peaceful, calm and safe. Priceless!!

We had a very nice and low-key stay. It was at the end of the road and we didn't see a soul the entire time unless we went into town for provisions.

Vacation cabin

The cabin and location were amazing. It was a great getaway for our family. The kids loved playing in the creek and jumping on the trampoline. My sons loved the disc golf and horses as well. The cabin was clean and the porches were a great place to hang out. If you are looking for a quiet place to getaway this is it. Our kids were outside so much playing and exploring by the creek and on the grounds. Great place!

Tranquility

This cabin and property is simple Nirvana. Away from people and cities. Woods, open areas, creek and comfortable, fully loaded, beautiful cabin. This place is so relaxing, we chose to only live for groceries on first day and a random lunch another. We will be back!

Remote Paradise

We had an amazing time! This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cabin and property were beautiful, combining the connection with nature while including modern amenities (very nice shower and kitchen). Just spending family time on the balconies may have been the best part. Having a 2 year old I was very impressed at how kid friendly the cabin was, toys, swings, stools and baby gates all included. My daughter loved the creek, trails and swing. We loved hiking Collins creek trail and fishing on the red river. This trip was everything we wanted and more!

Beautiful!!

My family had an awesome time here at this beautiful cabin! Property was beautiful! I literally came across it randomly looking at the map of properties on VRBO, and was randomly clicking on places! And fell in love with this place! It was perfect for a laid back family vacation that we were looking for as i had just had hip surgery a little over 6 weeks before we arrived! We drove 8.5 hours just to come to this cabin and we would do it again! We loved the creek! It was a little low, but because of that we were able to float around in the deeper pools on our floaties. Our kids (9,9, and 11) loved catching crawfish in the creek! They did it for hours! Lots of stuff to do! Lay in the hammock and read, horse shoe, games, bonfires! Communication with the owner was great! She responded very quickly with any questions I had. Absolutley enjoyed our time there! The only downside i would say is the pullout couch, it was not comfortable at all. So keep that in mind if you are planning on having someone actually sleep on it. Kitchen had more than enough essentials! Fidge is a little small, but we were able to fit all our food in there. (Family of 5, and stayed 4 nights) Lots of movies to choose from as there was no internet, but glad to know they are getting it soon! I would love to come back and stay again! Highly recommend bringing your boat, or renting a boat and going to Greers Ferry lake! So beautiful and the water is crystal clear!!

Absolutely Stunning!

This cute cabin out in the cut was perfect for our girls get away. The property was phenomenal with many outside items to keep you busy. Tons to do for all ages. Best part is they are pet friendly. Our dogs may have enjoyed their stay more then us if that is even possible. The homeowner was very responsive and eager to help in any way. We will for sure be back again.

Perfect place next to the river and close to the lake. Cabin was awesome! Lots of stuff to do. Property is beautiful. Calm and quiet place to retreat and relax. Great for kids! Would totally recommend !

Very clean and fully stocked cabin! Great fire pit to hang out after the day at the lake to grill, chill and do s’mores! Large property with something for everyone to enjoy!

Beautiful cabin. Excellent location.

I definitely recommend booking this cabin. We were looking for a weekend getaway to relax and the cabin as well as the location was perfect for us. We had a total of 7 people and I was worried at first that the cabin wouldn't be large enough to accommodate us all comfortably but that was not the case as it was spacious enough inside and out. We spent most of our time outside with all the activities. There was something to entertain everyone-- fishing, kayaking, corn hole, frisbee golf, horseshoes, etc. I personally enjoyed just sitting on the creek bank as it was so peaceful and beautiful views. It was nice to see the kids (2 18yos and 11yo) not be on their phones but actually interacting with each other and playing games outside (roasting hotdogs over the firepit was a huge hit). All in all it was a great experience. I have no complaints and I did not hear any at all from anyone else in my group. I also want to add that I love the decor and design of the cabin especially the tin ceilings. We all would love to come back for a longer stay in the future. Thanks for having us. ❤️

Perfect!

This place is beautiful! Perfect for our family vacation! You could plan your whole vacation here and not leave. Kayaks, tetherball, Frisbee, horseshoes, corn hole, sand toys was plenty of entertainment when we weren't at the creek fishing. Inside was cozy, my boys appreciated the xbox in the family room. Toys for smaller kids, soft throw blankets to cuddle up with. I have no negative comments about this place! I do however do have some things to be aware of. The refrigerator/freezer is smaller so be aware if you plan on an extended stay. The county is also dry so purchase alcohol well before arriving. Bottom line I would definitely recommend staying! I would definitely stay here again!

We stumbled on this property by chance, we were always at the campground up the road and we loved the boat launch for our boat, so we just had to look. Once I stepped foot I knew I wanted it and needed a beautiful cabin. Me and my husband built this and cut all the wood from our saw mill! We built all the cabinets and shelves! Took us little over a year just working on cabin on the weekends. This piece was raw land with nothing here and now this cabin fits so well in the trees and along the creek! We are a family of 6 and we really wanted to have a place we could come to after a long day at the lake with privacy. We still get to enjoy the lake but get to come back to the cabin in the woods and just slow down and enjoy each other. We are so excited to share our piece of heaven with you and your family and can’t wait to hear your memories!
