Cottage getaway on beautiful clean Anstruther Lake

The property has a little bit of everything. Sandy beachfront both in and out of the water. With a bridge over to your own island. Island has a large deck and dock with 15ft of weedless water. Great fishing, has massive smallmouth bass, largemouth and lake trout. This pristine lake is located in a provincial park so there are lots of other lakes to portage to and spend the day. Boat launch, gas, boat rentals of all kinds are located right next door, restaurant and small store also. 10 mins to Apsley.

The cottage has everything one should need when up North. The place has a very cabin like feel to it and is really cozy and inviting. Its an older family cottage but very clean. There is a peddle boat at the cottage that you are welcome to use, the only thing I ask is two people maximum and please bring your own life jacket if you have one. I do have some life jackets but no guarantees they'll fit. There are some other things like kids toys and foam pool noodles located in the shed for your use. Gentle slope to lake with a rocky and sandy shoreline. Kitchen is brand new, new appliances and fresh modern feel. New updated bathroom, complete with stand up shower. Brand new BBQ on deck, patio table and chairs on beach for lakeside dining. Patio furniture on deck by the lake. New shed by the water complete with full size fridge/freezer. Firepit with chairs. coffee maker, microwave, kettle, water cooler.
