This home is equipped with an all new and modernized kitchen, including stove, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and Cuisinart coffeemakers, Toaster Oven, blender, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, and silverware. A charming, private patio with a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs is located just off of the dining room. A private washer and drier are included with this home.
