This is new construction modern farmhouse. Located in a quiet neighborhood of central Austin in the North Loop neighborhood just four miles from the center of Austin. This is a fully furnished and well equipped three bedroom and three full bathroom home. Second floor has a master bedroom with a new king bed, a bathroom with marble floors, a vanity with two sinks, a large walk in shower and large open closet. The guest bedroom has a new Minotti queen bed, an en suite bathroom and a large closet. All of the furniture, mattresses, towels and bedding were brand new as of 1/2020. Good quality non toxic mattresses, high thread count sheets, Belgian linen duvet covers, and comfortable pillows. Bedrooms are well appointed and done in a clean minimalist style. Ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Full size washer dryer in the separate laundry room on the second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped as a cooks kitchen. All new pans, plates, cutlery, kitchen tools, panini maker, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, electric tea kettle and more. Very comfortable counter stools and a large Ligne Roset Odessa dining table with Paola Lenti chairs.
Sonos speaker in the kitchen to work with your Sonos app for music. First floor bedroom has been made into a lovely den/tv room with a 55ā€ Sony Oled TV. The Ligne Roset Nomad pull out sofa opens to a mattress size of 55ā€ x 78ā€ (which is slightly larger than a full bed and slightly smaller than a queen). The home has wireless internet and cable tv There is a small outdoor space with table and chairs for outdoor dining. For your car there is a carport (with outlet for electric vehicles) and on street parking. Walking distance to a couple of great restaurants and to Epoch coffee!
Looking to rent to people who appreciate quality and who know how to take care of a home. This is a great way to enjoy the fun vibe of Austin and to have a quiet place to hang your hat.

The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Furnishings are designer quality and appliances are new. Location in the North Loop is very convenient to local coffee shops and to downtown Austin. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and very walkable.This was the second time that we had stayed here and look forward already to a return trip.

I cannot overstate how wonderful this place is. The design of the home is perfect and the furnishings are top quality. Itā€™s very comfortable and cozy and the location is close to lots of great shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. If you like exercising outside, it is a great neighborhood for walking or running. We will book this home every time we visit Austin. Plus, the host is amazing!!! Our best rental ever!

Fabulous property in the North Loop

Absolutely fabulous property located in the North Loop of Austin. Accessible to all major sites with restaurants and shopping nearby. Well stocked chef's kitchen with All Clad cookware and everything you'd need to bake and/or cook. Well maintained property and excellent communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's over the years and I must say this is the BEST property we've ever had the pleasure to stay at. From the minute you walk in the door you will be wow'd! Perfect Stay

We needed a place in a hurry because we became stuck in the States (we live in Romania) at the start of the pandemic. Lisa was awesome and flexible in letting me check in two days early!! The place was brand new, spotless and very well stocked with essentials, which was very appreciated during the lockdown. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of young couples, families and long-term Austinites and is very walkable. A number or restaurants and shopping areas are also within a short walk. This place is perfect for a couple or a small family. The owner is quick to respond to any needs and is so easy to talk to. I highly recommend this house to anyone needing an extended stay "home-away-from-home" in Austin!!

Terrific Stay in Austin

My husband and I travel quite a bit and often stay in VRBO properties. This one is definitely one of our favorites. Communication with our host was easy and quick. The house was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the equipment one needs to make any meal. The linens and towels were upscale. The beds were extremely comfortable. All of the furnishings were modern and new as well as comfortable. The house is spacious with a dining area that can easily seat eight as well as a living room and separate den/TV room. The two bedrooms upstairs are also spacious with large walk in closets and ensuites. The location is in a very walkable and safe neighborhood close to coffee shops and local restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Austin.

Wonderful Stay!

My family was in Austin for the holidays and we felt so comfortable at this North Loop location and most especially the house itself. Interior design is a big focal point, including modern, clean lines and also whimsical fun art and high end appliances, many of which I fell in love with and want for my home. The owner could not have been more responsive to our needs and questions. There weren't many as really everything is provided for (GREAT ready to gormet cook kitchen fully loaded with everything including spices). I grew up near the center of Austin and as everyone knows the city has grown so much, that this location is now considered fairly close in -- 10 minutes by car. There's that cute coffee shop and thrift store down the street - and plenty of shops along Guadalupe, Lamar and Burnet Rd., all super central to Austin living. Plus it's a skip over to I-35 or Mopac, the two key highways. We can't wait to book this lovely place again!

#1 Choice in Austin!

Staying in this beautifully appointed home was an incredible experience. The gorgeous sleekness of the designer decor was so appealing and restful. The central Austin area the home is in has a unique character; restaurants, coffee shops and a friendly wonderful neighborhood to explore by foot. The host was accessible, accommodating and certainly made me feel at home in her home. I highly recommend making this home a part of your Austin experience!
