This newly updated studio offers walk out access to the tropical swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room and family bbq area. The Baytowne Wharf is literally a few steps away! Tram service to the beach is conveniently located just outside the building front door.

This stylish studio comfortably sleeps four with a king bed, a brand new queen sleeper sofa, and an HDTV. There is a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. New wood flooring and furnishings enhance the coastal vibe. A fully stocked kitchenette offers a mini-refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and flatware. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the patio courtyard and enjoy a lovely view of the tropical pool, hot tub, and lush landscaping. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There is a coin operated laundry room available in the building next door, and wifi is complimentary.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
