Very private location, lake and river view, gated parking by the beach, and beautiful sunsets over the lake.

Minimum 7 night stay July to mid-August: Sunday to Sunday. Otherwise, minimum 2 night stay any nights.

Awesome location on two bodies of water: Lake Michigan and the Crystal River. Enjoy a breathtaking view from a deck overlooking the river, Lake Michigan, the beach, the Manitou Islands, and Sleeping Bear Point. You will be only 2 miles from the quaint town of Glen Arbor and 20 miles from all the action in Traverse City.

In the winter you can enjoy the Homestead Resort ski hill for downhill excitement! Or explore the National Shoreline on cross country skis and snowshoes! There are miles of trails inside the Resort and more just a short drive away.

In the summer you can tube, kayak or SUP on the Crystal River all the way out to Lake Michigan! Walk the beach, stroll along the riverbank, or walk the boardwalk which stretches for blocks just outside the condo building. Hike or bike the nearby paved Heritage Bike Trail to scenic Northern Michigan destinations.

Large heated and air conditioned condo with smart-tv, cable access, internet access (Wifi) and vaulted ceilings throughout. This 3rd floor condo has a million dollar view. You will enjoy spectacular evening sunsets over Lake Michigan.

The condo has one full bath on the main floor with a newly re-glazed shower/tub combo and new hardware as well as a brand new quartz countertop on the vanity, and one full bath with a stand-up tile shower in the semi--private upstairs loft-suite. The updated kitchen is complete with dishes, silverware, basic cooking utensils, glasses, coffee pot, new pots/pans, new microwave, new stove, refrigerator, and new dishwasher. Large kitchen table will seat up to 6 people.

There is a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom off of the living room, a set of twin beds in the second bedroom, and another queen bed in the large upstairs loft-suite. All of the beds in this condo just received brand new, super comfy mattress toppers and new pillows.

This privately owned unit is nestled on the water in a discreetly gated property. No public check in required. The unit is on the top floor of the building, there is no elevator, and it is not handicap accessible.

Note: Although the condo is located inside the Homestead Resort, it is not a resort-owned property, it is privately owned. In the summer, the Homestead Resort Pools and Tennis Courts are not available for use. There are public tennis courts in Glen Arbor (just minutes down the road). You WILL have access to all of the resort amenities that are open to the public, such as all grounds and beach area, most restaurants, golf (ski hill in the winter), spa, salon, and the shops in the Village.
