Bright, beautiful, beachfront condominium. Direct walk out to the beach on beautiful Sleeping Bear Bay. Our condo is a 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse, which offers free internet wifi, 55" LED Smart TV in living room, 32" LED Smart TVs in all bedrooms and updated bathrooms with granite vanity counter tops. Sleeps up to 7 with queen size bed in master and 3 twin beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and North and South Manitou Islands from our beachside deck. Stroll to the Crystal River, and tube down to the mouth of the river at Lake Michigan. Walk or bike to the charming Village of Glen Arbor for a morning cup of coffee at Leelanau Coffee Roasting or eat at famous Art's Tavern. Dine outdoors on the deck at Boonedocks, with live music every evening during the summer.

Canoes, kayaks and tube rentals available in Glen Arbor for longer excursions down the Crystal River. Climb the magnificent sand dunes at the Dune Climb-just a short drive away. Tour the wineries of Leelanau County or golf on one of the area's beautiful golf courses. Enjoy hiking on the miles of National Lakeshore Park trails around the Homestead and Glen Arbor, or just walk on the beautiful sand beach and hunt for petosky stones.
