A crane has been installed and is visible from the villa. According to the information provided by the works manager, the crane should be present until December 2026.<br><br>The work only takes place on working days, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. It is expected to be spread over 2026.<br><br>To date, the main impact observed concerns the visual presence of the crane. Noise pollution can also be perceived depending on the phases of the worksite. We regularly monitor the evolution of the situation in order to communicate the most accurate information possible to our passengers.<br><br>In order to take this context into account, an exceptional discount of 25% has been applied to the price of the villa during the period concerned.
