Relaxation, comfort, adventure, and extravagant views all come together in this modern home! Sun-Rise is located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village at Zion complex. With many National and State Parks, a resort style pool and waterpark, golf courses nearby, and a private hot tub; you will never have a dull moment! Come unwind and catch an extravagant sunrise at Sun-Rise!

Sun-Rise is a modern 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. You will be embraced in warmth and comfort as soon as you walk through the front door. Morning's will quickly become your favorite time of day, as you sip a hot coffee on your private balcony, while the sun rises over snow canyon. Spend your days adventuring through the desert mountains or swimming at the resort style pool and waterpark at Paradise Village. The expansive, fully equipped kitchen, grill, and indoor/outdoor seating make hosting friends and family a breeze! Take a walk along one of the many walk/bike baths right out your front door for a nice sunset stroll. After a long day in the sun, wind down in your own private hot tub, under the starry desert sky. Whether you are out exploring or lounging poolside; you are sure to have extravagant views, timeless memories, and comfort while staying at Sun-Rise!

We had a great stay! The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the main pool, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The private hot tub was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The main living area was spacious and comfortable, great for hanging out together, and the Wii U added a fun bonus for gaming and downtime. We also loved that we had two grocery stores just a short drive away.

This is a really nice place and a great neighborhood. Amazing pools, our only frustration is we tried to reach out to the management to see if we could check in early but never heard back even though we tried them a couple different times. In fairness, it was New Year’s Day so maybe they didn’t have enough staff.

We've come annually to St. George for years, and this is the best place we've stayed so far. The home was clean and well stocked. It was so nice to have ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom. But the real star of the place were the pools. We liked having multiple pool options, and especially loved the slides and lazy river. The shaded areas were high in demand - a few more pergolas would be nice. The pools and pool areas were clean and well-maintained.

Great Home!

We enjoyed everything the home and community had to offer! It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Red Sands texted often and made sure everything was going well and asked if we needed any items which was appreciated! We would definitely book again!

Great Home with Perfect Access to Pools

Beautiful home! The accomodations were great and fit my family prefectly. We all had our own bathroom, bedroom, and lots of room for gathering and eating. We enjoyed the pools which were just a short walk to both. I do not have young children but my older children had the times of their lives! We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful visit. It was very close to 2 community pools/splash pads. The house and community were clean and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Fun

The property is new and well kept. The neighborhood amenities are perfect for families. With so many accommodations for large groups parking is not a problem. We loved our stay and hope to return often.

June 2024 stay

We had a great time, the accomodations were great, it fit us perfect. We all had our own bathroom, bedroom, and lots of room for gathering and eating. We enjoyed all the pools which were just a very short walk away from our fromnt door. We will be back again.

St George Tuacahn family vaca 2023

It was a great location! we loved all the pools! The house was super nice. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Kept us cool from the heat as well. Kids also enjoyed pickelball.

Perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay at this home! Perfect for a family get away especially if you have children. So many things close by without having to drive far. The pools were perfect for the kids to get some energy out. The house itself was well equipped with everything you could want. Service was excellent, quick and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend!

Everything was amazing. My complaints are the living room tv is outdated and is hard to get working at times, the refrigerator did not get very cold, the can openers do not function, and the pans were the worst to cook in. Everything stuck to the pans.

Greatest mini family vacation ever!!!

Your beautiful house and community were so relaxing, clean, very accessible and quiet for the most part. During the weekend it was much noisier for sure in the back due to the proximity of other houses, but we enjoyed our stay so much. This will definitely be an annual event for my family! Perfect family getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay. With 6 kids, staying at a hotel means we have to get 2 to 3 rooms, which is ridiculously expensive. This house was so beautiful and had the perfect accommodations for our 4 boys and 2 daughters because they each had a room to share (2 bunk beds for the boys, queen bed for the girls) and each bedroom had a private bathroom, which was great! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a delightful visit. I do wish there had been more shade in the pool areas. We Left 3 beach chairs in the garage for the next visitor to discover Fire Reservoir.

The bed was too soft. Some other things needed attention. But overall a very pleasant experience.
