Check in was easy, community is great! Place was comfortable to stay in and had all the cooking tools we needed. Pool Towels and plenty of blankets was a plus!

Loved the house and furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms are large and spacious. The Xbox , and air hockey were a lot of fun. Great house and good location.

Fun weekend get away

I took my teenagers with some of their friends to st George since they had no school Monday and stayed here. We all loved it! Loved the location and the fun pool and amenities. Loved the house and all the space it had and how clean it was. Everything was provided and easy to use. We will for sure be staying here again!

Will come again

This was an excellent place to stay. Plenty for the kids to do and lots of room for everyone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that there was missing linen for the futon, no extra blankets, not enough kitchen towels, and the TV's were really tricky to figure out. Otherwise this place was excellent!

Nice size kitchen & dining area. Need more kitchen towels, spices. Would like to come back when it’s warmer to use the swimming areas.

Great family getaway

The condo was large and gave our family of 5 plenty of space to spread out. Having a bathroom in every bedroom plus one additional stand-alone on each level was great. All tvs were smart tvs. Kids loved the pingpong table in the garage and air hockey in the family room. The weather was colder than we expected but the lazy river and lower waterfall pool were comfortably warm for swimming. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The pillows were not great and could use replacement.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like Paradise Village. We were very disappointed that the door code did not work upon our arrival and it took over 2 hours for the on-call tech to help us. Our plans for Thursday evening did not happen due to this inconvenience.

Great Get-Away Weekend

We booked this property last minute as a previous rental canceled on us with less than 40 hours of our arrival. VRBO was great to help us locate this property and Utah's Best Vacation Rentals were very helpful in getting all of the paperwork put together quickly for our stay. The house was great! There are a lot of fun amenities included with this site. The kids loved the pool! The house was clean and well stocked. It worked well for our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids). The only issue we had was we were given the wrong code to get into the house , but it was quickly resolved with a phone call. (Again, this shows the great customer service of Utah's Best Vacation Rentals). Things worked out well and we ended up staying in a better rental than the one we originally booked. We would stay here again!

Great Place for the Whole Family

Pros: - We were able to get checked in a couple hours early. - Property Manager quickly helped us when our door lock code did not work. - The place was very clean and all amenities functioned well. - Kids loved the air hockey table, ping pong table, and Xbox. - It was very difficult to get the kids out of the pool. They loved the slides and lazy river! The kids say it was the highlight of the whole vacation. - Quick drive to Pioneer Park and Snow Canyon which is a great place for adults and kids to hike. -Walking distance to pickleball courts. 2 paddles and 3 balls are provided. -Very close to Harmons Grocery. -The balcony was a great place to hang out and relax and look at the red cliffs. Suggestions: -The majority of the door hinges throughout the place could use some WD-40. - Provide two additional pickleball paddles. - Provide a Men's bike.

Very nice place to stay with a small caveat

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this area before and this house was one of the best. Loved having the extra powder rooms so people didn’t have to go into bedrooms. The pools are always a fan favorite. Kitchen was nice and equipped with lots of pans/appliances. However know that there was no tin foil, plastic wrap, or baggies. Also no spices or non-stick sprays for cooking and leftovers. For the most part the place was clean. My one caveat was that the floors had obviously been barely swept. Feet would turn brown by waking on in bare feet. So we stayed in shoes all the time. Seems a shame that they could run a mop over the floors between guests. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Worst One Yet--But Still Awesome

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean, the air hockey table was so fun, and everything in it was as described. This is the 6th different house we have stayed at in Paradise Village. These houses are always great, but this one was not decorated cutely, had outdated couches, very uncomfortable kitchen chairs, only had giant spoons (no small spoons or kid spoons), no ziplock bags, and no spices or anything like that. The worst part was the beds--extremely uncomfortable and bouncy, and the bunk beds were so squeaky that my kids couldn't sleep on them because they were woken up. I wouldn't stay in this particular house again unless they updated their mattresses and sheets and fixed the bunk beds.

Amazing, clean, new, FUN!!! Coming back for sure! You should book it.

Felt brand new, great furnishings, air hockey table in upstairs living room; ping pong in the garage; pickle ball paddles, lazy river; gorgeous views of the red rocks from the upstairs patio with fire pit; smaller pool perfect for my one year old and 3 year old, but they also loved the lazy river in the big water park- never seen them giggle so much. Accommodations were great, top notch. The only thing I would change is next time I would stay closer to the smaller pool. We were backed up to the school behind the property and it wasn't a problem because I am up at 6 am running everyday anyways, but the busses of kids start showing up at 7:15 and again not a problem, but if you wanted pure resort visions I would stay closer of he middle of the property. The other thing was there were some kids that were a little out of control at the water park, going up the slide backwards and wrestling in the water to a point where we had steer clear, BUT again not a problem, they did calm it down after I gave them the death glare, but I wish their parents would have done something; and then if not the pool staff attempt to try and gain some control. Great place, your kids will love it, I loved it. Do not hesitate to stay here- book it! Our fire pit was out of propane, girl came right over and brought us a new bottle and a lighter- great service.

Bad Start to the Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is not a bad place by any means - the experience getting to here was the problem. The key code did not work. Multiple calls, multiple codes to finally get in. 20 mins later we get in. Upon walking in, the entire place was dirty and not cleaned. 20 mins later we get the regional rep who moved up to another unit, but could only do it for one night. So we had to pack up all our stuff, twice, food, etc. With 3 family and a lot of kids this was a major pain. Honestly made me think twice about booking direct with Utah's best. I did it to avoid any VRBO fee, but VRBO would have done more to take care of us with the inconvenience. If I come back, I will book via VRBO or AirBNB.

Wouldn’t recommend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly, I probably wouldn’t book through this company again. Cockroaches were everywhere in the house. Which was highly disturbing and made us want to spend as little time in the house as possible. Washer wouldn’t function properly... I restarted the same load over and over because the clothes kept coming out with detergent caked all over the them. Finally just gave up. Bed sheets and towels had mysterious stains on them (I’m sure because the washer doesn’t work properly.) The reclinersin the downstairs family room are broke. There are stains all over the fabric of the kitchen chairs. The carpets have nasty stains all over them. This place needs some major TLC.

Going Downhill

I spent a lot of my vacation getting things to work in the house and the property did not seem to care. The first night the stove did not work, we found this out out after preparing a meal. Had to make alternate plans after only receiving a answering machine when we called the 24/7 number provided for help. The next day we had to leave our activities to let a technician into the house to fix the stove. During this service call the technician showed us photos of him fixing the stove the day before in our house without notification to us that he entered the property. Later that night the stove did not work again. I then spent hours figuring out a problem with the burners and the oven so we could cook dinner. I videoed this process and offered to show the property the problem. The property never asked for it. Other issues including the Internet went out the majority of our last day and night and since cell data service was spotty there was no watching shows. Other issues were two bikes were supposed to be with the property one was missing and the others bikes tires were flat. A couch shows in the pictures downstairs was missing and the downstairs furniture and rug were filthy. Good aspects were the house was spacious and property facilities outside the house were nice. This was not our fist stay in this complex but will have to consider looking elsewhere.
