Welcome to French Ridge, your charming retreat nestled in Breckenridge's Historic Victorian District, only a block away from the vibrant Main Street. Discover the perfect blend of convenience and comfort at French Ridge Townhomes.
Each unit boasts modern amenities, including a washer/dryer for added convenience. Step inside to find simple, mountain-modern design and furnishings creating a cozy and inviting ambiance for your mountain getaway. French Ridge includes 24 units, most of which are two stories (3 are garden level units), providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring twin beds and its own bathroom. Downstairs, an open floor plan; featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, inviting living room with a fireplace, and access to your own private deck or patio. The location and proximity to everything in Breckenridge is what makes French Ridge the best choice. One block to Main Street. On the Free Bus Route. 2 blocks to Carter Park where there are tennis courts and an Epic sledding hill.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed.
Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Owners and Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Great place to stay for skiing. Free ride shuttle was just outside the door with a quick ride to the mountain. Also great proximity to the main drag of Breckenridge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location! Walking distance to Main Street and Peak 9 (The Village). The view of the whole ski mountain from the master bedroom was breathtaking! Parking right outside front door. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

The property was very close to all of the shops and restaurant. Everything was withjn walking distance. Had nice views and was very clean. Everything was set up nicely upon arrival and well stocked with firewood.

Location is perfect!

The place is exactly as advertised, and it's in a great location. It's in the middle of the town and a block away from a grocery store if you need it. It's also a nice 11 minute walk from the nearest Breckenridge chair lift, with shuttles nearby.

Great place!

Location is amazing. Super close to Main St, grocery stores, etc. We really didn't even need our car except to ski. This is in the heart of the historic district, so it is older, but was perfect for us. Simple, clean and cozy. Will stay again!

French Ridge F-1

Great location, walk to restaurants, shops and the gondola.Fully furnished with everything we needed and the best burning firewood was a plus. A few things are a little outdated but for the price and location, it's one of the best deals in Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Can’t beat the location. Bus and Trolley stops 2 min walk. Never used the rental truck. Very comfortable and everything was provided.

Highly recommend

The condo was very nice and comfortable and in the perfect location. Main street was only 2 blocks away and a small grocery store was only a block away. Parking was right behind the condo, so we could load and unload very easily. We would definitely stay here again!!!
