2-bedroom Bright and Classic Sagrada Familia Flat

We ask future guests to take the following things away from this review: The bathroom was large and modern, with a great shower and lots of space for toiletries. It was clean. The kitchen was also very clean. Air conditioning was good, the TV was great and the location was very good. Now for the other parts of this review. She says the inside of drawers were dusty. Thank you, we take note of dusting the drawers as this is a cleanliness issue that we take very seriously. Other non-issues: two clocks on the wall were not working, and the one on the washing machine was incorrect, the double bed was too small for them, the pictures are from when the apartment was published on VRBO, and the neighbor has a toddler who makes noise. Regarding these non-issues, we ask future guests to understand that toddlers make noise, that the beds are exactly as shown in the pictures as we have not changed them, and to please bring a watch or a cell phone to ensure they always know exactly what time it is if needed as clearly this is serious enough to write down in a review.

We do the check-in with the guest who made the reservation. We do not go up with the whole party due to the pandemic. Most guests appreciate this and there is never any issue. We also do not care if it is a man or a woman - it is the person who made the reservation. If there is any issue the whole party can come up as we don't ever want anyone to be uncomfortable. In this case, three adult women said it was absolutely no problem. Now, we see this review. It is very disturbing and and extremely insulting for us to receive a review that insinuates any type of insecurity for our female guests. It makes us seem untrustworthy and we do not deserve this. We provide an excellent service and we are good people. If they had any issue they could have said they all wanted to go up and there would not have been any problem whatsoever. Instead, they say "sure, no problem!" and then write a review saying the check-in was awkward. It is very unfair, we are trying to do our best with a pandemic to keep everyone safe.

We are very glad Nada and her family enjoyed our apartment and Barcelona, they were excellent guests! Just to clarify, the apartment is located on the second floor and not on the fifth.

We are pleased that overall this guest liked the apartment. It is a shame that they are complaining about the late check-in fee, considering we are transparent in our listing and booking confirmation that there is a fee for arriving after 9pm. They arrived at 1am. The apartment is also located in a residential building with neighbors in the center of the city, and some noise is to be expected, this is also not unusual.
