The check-in process was seamless, the Iris was very clean and nicely kept. Great location, very convenient to the Convention Center, restaurants, and many of the New Orleans sites. We had a great stay at the Refinery!

It was a beautiful place to stay! Very nice and clean. The location was great! We walked to everything we wanted to do while we were there. The building is very safe and secure! It was absolutely perfect!

Amazing accommodations! It is so much more beautiful than you can tell in the pictures. Close to everything New Orleans, close to the French Quarter, cemeteries, and City Park. The apartment was perfect to kick back and relax after a long day. Five stars, I’d stay there again!

From request until we left, the experience was excellent. The place was clean, convenient and perfect for a New Orleans get away. Communication was exceptional. I would stay here again, hands down.

The rental was very clean and extremely nice! It was easy to access the room and felt the two locked entrances added to the secure feeling of the apartment. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and at night. Location was great as we could easily walk toward the Garden District or Jackson Square areas. Several parking options nearby—we parked in a paid lot. The cold drinks in the refrigerator and chips to snack on was an appreciated gesture. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Easily walkable to convention center, French Quarter, Canal. The condo was spacious and we liked the large, quiet interior bedrooms.

The city was very busy this weekend as it was St. Patrick’s day, with many parades and festivities happening throughout downtown. Still, I hope all of the detailed information in your check-in instructions regarding the surrounding lots and garages was of some help.
