Cave Point Retreat welcomes a maximum of six (6) conscientious, non-smoking guests to this exceptional home on Lake Michigan that is open April 1-Dec 1 each year for guest reservations.

*Situated on over an acre of gorgeous property, this very comfortable home offers quiet and privacy accessed by a waterfront road 2.5 miles south of Jacksonport and 13 miles north of Sturgeon Bay.

*All finishes and furnishings in this home are absolutely beautiful.

*The private wooded surroundings, 200' of shoreline, and Lake Michigan views are nothing short of spectacular.

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN

*The beautifully appointed living and dining area are open to the well designed, generously equipped kitchen. Smart TV and business class Wifi are also offered.

*The living room has a cozy wood burning fireplace and there is a outdoor fire pit area as well with 8 comfortable chairs. Firewood is provided.

*The spacious outdoor deck offers comfortable seating, outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a gas grill.

*A beautiful attached screened porch offers more outdoor living and enjoyment.

BEDROOM #1

*The spacious master bedroom is lofted on the second floor, with a king size bed, its own private full bath and seating area that overlooks Lake Michigan. The loft also includes a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping options and a flat screen TV.

BEDROOMS #2 and #3

*The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on the main floor have queen size beds and share the second full bath. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

*This home's shoreline can be accessed for rented kayaks and paddle boards and is a 3- minute walk to the Schauer Road boat launch and a few minute drive south to Cave Point County Park, Whitefish Dunes State Park and Clark Lake.

*With Jacksonport less than 10 minutes north, enjoy Lil' Bit of Coffee, Bleys Grocery Store, Mike's Port Pub, Island Fever, Jacksonport Bakery and Peninsula Kayak where you can rent paddle boards or kayaks by the hour or the day.

PLEASE NOTE: Guest agreement must be accepted by an adult over the age of 30. No "party weekends", bachelor or bachelorette parties or other events.

*Door County Premium Rentals does not receive any portion of the VRBO booking fees.

Cancellation Policy
Guests will receive refund less $200 if you cancel 45 days prior to check in date. Inside of 45 days no refund UNLESS we can book the dates. Then you woul receive refund less $200. We really try to work with our guests. We offer 2 levels of optional trip insurance should you have concerns about circumstances that would require a late notice cancellation.
