This well presented, comfortably furnished, detached villa offers excellent value for a family holiday or for couples wishing to relax and enjoy the superb golf, tennis and other resort and local facilities. The villa sleeps 8 people (4 bedrooms) and is ideal for two families with 4 children. The property overlooks one of the largest of the 9 swimming pools in El Rancho, with superb panoramic views over the 3 golf courses and Mar Menor coastline. Access to the pool via a child security gate from the lower terrace, also leads to beautiful well maintained gardens and a further pool 50 yards away. The facility to keep a benevolent eye on the children from the sun terrace is a practical bonus ! The property has a large open lounge/dining area, cloakroom, well equipped kitchen and sun terrace/balcony leading from the lounge with BBQ, table/chairs and parasol. There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces an additional roof terrace (a real sun trap). All the bedrooms are at ground level, downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed/ zip and link so the beds can be made separately if required. The en-suite bathroom has bath/shower,toilet, twin sinks bidet and heated towel rail. The views from this bedroom are stunning with a double patio door leading to the lower terrace and pool.The 2nd master has x 2 twin beds and also looks over the pool and gardens. The 3rd bedroom has x 2 twins and a side view. The smaller 4th bedroom which also looks over the pool has twin beds and a separate small en suite shower and sink . The master bathroom with bath/shower, twin sinks, toilet and heated towel rail is in the middle of the lower hallway with central access. The washing machine and tumble dryer (if required in winter) is easily accessible in a built in bathroom cupboard. The lounge area has a dining table/ 8 chairs and can be extended to double size. There is sky tv ,a dvd and cd player. The settee and seating area has recently been refurbished and the blue/white stripy and yellow colours give a nautical summery look. In winter there is an efficient open gas coal fire. The quiet location with immediate private parking and front garden has close access to La Cala beach and restaurants /bar only 15mins walk away downhill ! Shops and further facilities,restaurants/bars are also within easy walking distance. Cot , high chair , stair gates and swimming pool accessories are available. Other facilities include use of: Hairdryer Ironing Board/iron Books, games Information Booklet Telephone with free internal phone system. We have a local management team who will assist with any extra's inclu. welcome packs, beach towel hire ( can be pre booked upon request) A taxi service can be provided locally or to and from the airport. An amazing family holiday for 3 generations
We had an amazing family holiday in this beautiful villa. Excellent location, spotlessly clean and extremely helpful owners. We have lovely memories of evenings sipping vino on the balcony taking in the amazing views and will definitely be back. I can't recommend this villa highly enough.

So good to be back!
Having stayed at La Manga many times but not for 17 years it was wonderful to return and find so much to enjoy. The villa was in an excellent location with beautiful views across the Mar Menor and hills. The whole process of booking and liaising with the owner was a delight - always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful, fun family vacation.

Great Villa
Excellent location and views. Well equipped kitchen to include plastic sets for outdoor use. Plenty of seating for both indoors and outdoors. Parasols are required to enable full use of the middle terrace which overlooks the pool. We bought 2 bases and parasols (from the Chinese shop!) and left the bases for others to use.

Lovely family holidays
We spent a lovely holidays. The house is well located, in a beautiful area, near the beach, with all facilities such as restaurant, bar, supermarket, doctor, farmacy … the swimming pool is very close to the house. The house has enough space for a big family with all equipment and air conditioning but the equipment.are a little old and some of them were broken. Netty was very kind and available to answer to all our questions. We enjoyed our holidays and recommend it.

Sabrina was appreciative to all the information and help advice . We do not charge a high rental as the villa has some limitations . It is in a great location and we have wonderful views. All visitors are comfortable and well looked after .

The villa was awful and the owner denied any of the issues that we had, I will list some below;Outside balcony door broken so we could not safely lock the villaNo hot water for a week due to boiler issuesAll of the bathrooms were very very dated, 1 had such a bad smell it was unusable, dirty showers, it was not a cleaning issue it was mouldy, dirty shower screens and surroundsBroken sofaFilthy kettle and toaster, pictures below, I had to buy a new kettleLights not working in most of the bedroomsExposed wiring in multiple places which was a real concern for the young childrenNo sky tv as advertised, the tv was 20 years oldThe bbq was filthy dirty, rusty and unusable, pictures belowThe loungers on the roof were fithy pictures belowThe beds were so uncomfortable The towels were thin and grey, we had to buy our own as they were horribleThe whole villa was so dated and the owner denied every issue that we raised but the pictures below prove what I am saying.Some family members stayed in villas a couple of doors away and they were so nice, clean, modern and with no issues.Again I will say even though I communicated with the owner multiple times while we were in the villa nothing was done, in fact she said there had been no complaints all summer, that is beyond belief.I have many more pictures but there is a limit on what I can post, dont be fobbed off by the owner this is not a good villa and all they do is make excuses for the issues.

We have had back-to-back bookings all summer, not all Vrbo, but no complaints like this all season.
A recent client remarked “it was a nice comfortable traditional style villa with everything you needed”. I bend over backwards to help and advise all clients.
I acted immediately and apologised . Management were sent to rectify patio door, the kettle and other issues.The hot water problem reported on Sat. was resolved at10 a.m Monday. All clients have commented positively on cleanliness but I re sent cleaners back to sort and they had clean linen and towels. The loungers on top balcony have been removed. Rarely used as tiles are too hot to tread on in the summer months. normally stored on their side as a prevention to stop children leaning over the balcony. There is a sign stating children must be supervised at all times.. Spanish beds are notoriously hard but we have never had complaints. Replacement lightbulbs. are available in hall top drawer and management would have put these in if asked.We use a Club TV network offering many English channels. We’ve had no comments about exposed wiring and sockets so they must’ve been recently knocked by furniture.All would have been rectified if we had known during the stay
have never ever dealt with a customer like this in over 28 years of ownership I acted on everything the client raised and apologised for the inconvenience caused. He received £300 as compensation.
Onwards and upwards we have plans for 2026 season .Watch this space

Cosy 4 bed private villa
Delightful 4 bed villa with stunning views and communal pool. Functionally appointed with all the basics; decor a little outdated but cosy nonetheless. The owner and manager are in easy contact and comms, and great location for all that La Manga has to offer. Perfect for 1 week stay.

Oscar was a delightful customer who was very understanding when we replaced a fridge freezer within 3 hours of it being reported . We also had to replace an air con unit . Thanks for your patience with the problems which were dealt with by our excellent management company.

Love the views location and the sunsets from the balcony are to die for
Perfect family villa so close to the pool with great facilities and well presented. Clean and comfortable with everything you need . Lovely gardens where we could watch the kids playing. Also good for walking to local shops, restaurants in Bel a Luz square. Good coastal walking is close by with a downhill stroll to La Cala Beach only 10 mins away.

Still a Perfect Location
We stayed in ER43 two years ago in July so this time it was just like coming home; walking out on to the terrace and drinking in the view of the pool, resort and Mar Menor in the distance is just the best tonic. Customer service and attention to detail from both the owner and the property manager in resort is excellent and very thoughtful in order to make your stay enjoyable. The resort facilities are close at hand, many within walking distance. Reserving a tennis court was easy thanks to the staff at the centre who were very helpful and friendly. The supermarket in Bellaluz Square is very convenient, stocked everything we needed and the staff always make you feel welcome. Great to be able to eat al fresco at El Bistro in Bellaluz Square (a favourite for evenings and breakfast/coffee) and also at Luigi's in Las Lomas. We enjoyed a day out to Cartagena - good for shopping and photography (attractive architecture, monuments and the Roman Amphitheatre) as well as a lazy lunch by the marina. All in all, ER43 is the perfect base, whether you're unwinding as we were or looking for something more action packed.

A Perfect Location
This was our third visit to La Manga Club and El Rancho and it did not disappoint. The owners were very prompt in making contact following my enquiry, they kept in touch with helpful information and advice both before and after our arrival and made us feel very welcome. Directions from the airport were spot on which was much appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The location of the villa is superb and so close to the pool - perfect for a lazy relaxing holiday. The accommodation itself is spacious, beautifully clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are several restaurants in the vicinity of the villa but our favourites were El Bistro in nearby Bellaluz Square and Luigi's at Las Lomas. We were very grateful to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us. All of their photographs and pictures create a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and we didn't want to leave.

We live near Belbroughton in Worcestershire with close proximity to B'ham airport which gives us the facility to fly to our villa far too often ! My husband and family ( 2 daughters) have long happy associations with La Manga having owned since 1997. We purchased ER 43 in 2001 and owned next door from 1997 and permanently moved to El Rancho 43 in 2004. We spend 10 weeks approx. enjoying golf, tennis and coastal walking. We have fond fun memories of happy celebrations - 21st's, 50th's, hen parties ( next year a ruby W.A !!.) We visit annually with our 3 'grandies' (soon to be 3 more in a few months, with twins on the way). Holidays spent with the family are particularly special. Our Visits get better and better as we still continue to find different new beaches and restaurants. The pleasure we get from sitting on our balcony sipping wine and enjoying the fab sunsets and views continue. We love it more and more ..perhaps it's something to do with retirement ! We enjoy helping all our clients and over the years have arranged many 'tailor made' holidays to suit individual bookings. We hope you enjoy La Manga as much as we continue to do so.

El Rancho 43 is situated in a quiet location but is close to many of the facilities. The villa overlooks the gardens and has a small front garden with olive and spruce trees. The panoramic views from the terraces were the selling point ! The villa is in an elevated position but sheltered and the south facing aspect offers daily sun and sunset views. We love the fact that within a 5minute walk you can see the sea and the beautiful natural coastline for miles and miles. The property offers good accommodation with 4 bedrooms and is easy to maintain and offers an instant holiday...no fuss and easy to live in. Easy access from the front and rear gardens with a side pathway to the pool, gardens is a bonus. The immediate pa Bellaluz is15 mins walk away via the gardens and foot paths. The beach is close by with the road opposite the villa leading down to coastal paths to private coves and to La Cala Beach and restaurant
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Easy to find and private parking right in front of the villa. No steep steps and easy to access from the front to the front door and lower terrace to the garden and pool. In fact the best access of all the villas in this area.
