Sleeps 6. Private pool 3 bedroom property with private pool and beautiful sea views from both balconies.
A patio area to the rear hosts a private swimming pool 24ft x 14ft with an
outdoor shower.
The top balcony is perfect to BBQ, or enjoy evening drinks or tapas, whilst admiring the sea views & sailing boats, Also ideal for private sunbathing.
If you are an early riser, you can enjoy the breath taking beautiful morning sun risers and if you are lucky the occasional moon rise up from the sea which is stunning.
Perfect to re charge your batteries and escape the everyday stresses.
The bottom balcony also with sea views, is shaded, giving you time out from the heat and sun if desired. There are also 3 optional large sun canopies at the rear patio where the private pool is. We also have plenty of comfortable pool loungers and 2 hammocks.
Comfortably furnished including a Plasma T.V with English channels (sorry no Spanish channels) free Wifi, and air-conditioning in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms.
We include bedding sheets etc plus towels and pool towels.
We provide spare towels & linen if you wish to change linen during your stay.
The Mar Menor (sea) and beach is a 5-10 minutes walk, lovely and peaceful & never over crowed even in the main summer months.
Los Urrutius is a small coastal village, next to Los Alcazares. It has a small supermarket, a beach bar (peak months) & local restaurants, including the habour. There's a Thursday market until 1.30pm with a cafe & couple of bars nearby. Central to everything, this location is perfect for active families as well as retired vacationers or couples on a romantic get-away. A car is essential.
If you want nightlife, lots of busy markets, bars and restaurants (holiday makers hub) go to Los Alcazares which is only a 5/7 minute drive away.
Plenty of night life can also be found on La Manga strip (approx 15km) or La Manga club,(12km) Cabo de Palos (approx 12km)
Local activities available are surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, horse riding, golf, wind-kiting, water skiing, mountain biking etc. There is a book of interest and places to visit in the villa with recommended places to eat and drink.
Other places of interest
There are historic roman ruins in Cartagena (Regular Metro Los Nietos) approx 7 min drive. You can set foot in the Mediterranean 20 minutes away in La Manga.

Fantastic house with amazing views

Beautiful house. It was just perfect. Everything we needed. Fabulous pool and fabulous views. Car needed though as nothing in the village/town

Perfect get away place.Locating the property was easy enough with good access on local roads. Soon as we got through the front door property was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and cool (air con in bedrooms and lounge). The pool was fantastic and kids loved it (maintained every week I believe). The roof top terrace was gorgeous especially as the villa is on a little hill which meant the views were great.There are a few bars / restaurants / walks in the area but everything else is a little drive. Driving is so easy in the area this was no problem. Did loads of activities nearby, eating out / snorkelling / boat trips / padel tennis / gokarting / sight seeing Roman amphitheaters / mud baths / bird watching / incredible beach days etc. Thanks for having us - we loved it! Best and most relaxing holiday we have had in years

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in diesem Haus in Las Urrutias, direkt am Mar Menor. Besonders der eigene Pool war ein absolutes Highlight für uns – wunderbare Größe für Familien mit Kindern zum Toben und Spielen. Wir waren täglich mehrmals schwimmen und haben das bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr genossen.Der Ausblick ist phänomenal: von der Dachterrasse und aus allen drei Schlafzimmern hat man eine wunderbare Sicht. Abends auf der Dachterrasse entsteht eine unglaublich tolle Stimmung mit Rundumsicht – ein echtes Highlight des Aufenthalts.Die Gegend ist ruhig und entspannt, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten bei Geschäften und allem, was man braucht. Für einen Ausflug besonders empfehlenswert ist Cartagena mit seinem beeindruckenden römischen Teatro.In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und alles war top, top sauber. Die Klimaanlagen haben auch bei der unglaublichen Hitze im Juli für angenehme Kühle gesorgt.Die Vermieterin Kathryn war durchweg herzlich und unkompliziert im Kontakt, sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthalts. Auf kleine Anliegen wurde schnell und freundlich reagiert. Diese Gastfreundschaft hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Tranquilidad

Han sido unas vacaciones muy tranquilas. Como el baño en la playa del pueblo no es recomendable, estas obligado a coger el coche para todo y eso hace que pases más tiempo en casa y disfrutes más de la piscina, sin duda lo mejor de la casa. Se agradece mucho que haya aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las estancias para que puedas crear un ambiente agradable. La televisión es grande pero no se han podido ver los canales en español por lo que nos hemos tenido que apañar con otras plataformas digitales, sufriendo un poco porque la cobertura de internet y el wifi no es buena. En general una estancia buena aunque hubiera agradecido información sobre el estado del mar menor y de las playas más cercanas antes de ir

Maison chaleureuse, avec une vue magnifique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison. Nous étions 4, dont 2 adolescents. La maison est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, même mieux ! Nous avions tout le nécéssaire à disposition. La maison est conçu de telle sorte que vous puissiez vous sentir comme chez vous, comme dans un cocon... et c'était le cas. Nous avons profité de la piscine, qui se trouvait sur la terrasse à l'arrière de la maison, à l'abri des regards indiscret et c'était génial. La maison est baignée de la lumière du soleil tout au long de la journée et la nuit ce sont les lumières de l'extérieur. Parlons de ce qui est important quand on part en vacance, la literie ! Nous avons tous bien dormi, c'était confortable et je n'ai pas eu mal au dos. Je n'ai jamais aussi bien dormi !! La plage en ville pas terrible mais un peu plus loin, à quelques kilomètres les plages sont belles... Je vous recommande ce séjour et allez visiter Carthagène, c'est une très belle ville. Cela fait des années que nous passons nos vacances en Espagne et ce séjour fait parti des meilleurs... Je remercie les propriétaires, notamment Kathryn pour sa gentillesse ainsi que la gérante qui a été réactive car le premier jour nous avons eu un petit souci, vite réglé. Leïla.B

El alojamiento bastante bien pero hay muchos detalles y cosas de la casa que hay que mejorar la televisión no funcionaba yo que estado con niños eso es bastante importante que funcione en general la casa cumple con lo necesario

Unfortunately the television at the time only had English speaking TV, but it was soon rectified. We send a £100 refund as a gesture of good will. Desafortunadamente, la televisión solo tenía televisión en inglés, pero pronto se rectificó. Enviamos un reembolso de £ 100 como un gesto de buena voluntad.

Fantastic villa

Had an amazing time the manager Ali sorted any issues immediately when we couldn't connect to wifi. The pool was lovely and the views amazing just got mosquito bites in the second week. Graham was great as he had a 9 seater bus and he taxi us around Ali as got his details. Mandy was one of the cleaners who cleaned the villa and we got lost and couldn't find the villa she spotted us and showed us round the property and advised us on a few tips. The owners left us some wine and water as it was my 50th which was a lovely touch. Few little things the villa needed a mop and brush so that we could use whilst there incase of spilliges but all in all we had a great experience and would visit again you do need a car if you cant walk far and los Alcaczares is lovely with great beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants..

The apartment was great with amazing views

We have stayed at this amazing apartment many times, and will come back time and time again. The apartment is well looked after and has the most brilliant view. We love to walk along the coastal paths and return for a few glasses of wine and look out at the Mar Menor. I hope you enjoy it to. Tim & Diane

Absolutely outstanding!

My husband and I stayed at Los Olivos and it was absolute bliss. The apartment was modren and clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The balcony itself was big and had everything there you needed.The beds were very comfortable and loved the little splashes of colour around the rooms.The resort itself was great everything you needed, even without a car. Can't fault a thing, simply fabulous! We will be back next year.

Laid Back!

We stayed in the villa for October half term. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing week away with our kids, and we got exactly that. Located 15 minutes from the airport, the transfer was quick and painless. We were very lucky with the weather which enabled us lots of pool time and to do our favourite thing, sitting on the roof terrace to eat breakfast in the sun. La Manga, with its many restaurants, isn't too far away, and closer still is Loz Alcazares, which has got everything you might require, from local shops and restaurants to a Lidl. There is a beach and promenade at the bottom of the road in El Carmoli, but better ones to be found just a short ride away. Lots more to explore locally. We took trips to Cartagena and La Manga which were both well worth a visit. When contacting the owner, they were swift to respond. We will look to visit again in 2016.

A Great Place to Stay

We would recommend this property to someone who desires a good standard of accommodation, in a quiet area but within easy reach of a variety of attractions. The property was a home from home, very clean and airy. The generous private balcony at the top of the front is a must in the mornings (watch the sun come up over the Mar Menor). In the afternoon the rear terrace is a sun trap with a lovely pool to cool off. Inside all the latest mod-cons are provided and I particularity found the WIFI very useful. Los Urrutias is a nice village but we found we ventured more towards Los Alcazares for restaurants, shopping and beach. Take a trip to La Manga strip to see a contrast and treat yourself to lunch and a game of mini golf at the famous La Manga Club. We will be back to this place for sure.

a rural paradise

I had a very pleasant stay at this villa. It was a taste of luxury to have your own pool. The house had everything you could possibly need with panoramic views from the roof terrace. It had the beach within walking distance and enough restaurants/ shops just a short distance away. With the option for more just a short drive to the nearest town. I will definitely be booking again, highly recommended.

With 4 children it was important to us to have a guaranteed sunny break, with flexibility. We love having the choice of dining out, or simply barbequing on the balcony. The flexibility meant we didn't have to rush from the pool to dine out if we wanted to simply chill, eat alfresco and wander out for drinks & entertainment. Also relaxing with a drink on the balcony knowing the younger children were safe in bed was priceless. We holiday here four times a year during Winter & Summer months as the Seasons here are wonderful. We love the Climate, food, flexibility, facilities, space and tranquility.

We purchased El Carmoli 2006, because we love the Sea view, beautiful sunrise & the rural Spanish sea side village with only a 10 min walk to the beach. In addition to a communal pool, we have a private pool 25.5ft x 14.5ft, which has totally enhanced this property. A relaxing treat to totally relax in privacy, bbq by the pool or drink on the balcony with sea view which is priceless. We love having the flexibility of not having to rush from the beach or pool to dine out if we wanted to simply chill, eat alfresco and wander out for drinks & entertainment later. Once here, we tend to stock up and not go very far at all……..We holiday here four times a year during Winter & Summer months as the Seasons here are wonderful. We love the Climate, food, flexibility, facilities, space & tranquility.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Private pool, communal pool, beautiful sea views, beach walk in 10 min, beach huts (peak season) promenade, bike hire, private sun bathing. Local Market, shops, bars restaurants nearby. Winter sun all year around, or much needed shade in the Summer.
The quiet beach is not commercial, or packed in peak holiday times. It's important to us to recharge our batteries, as we have a busy business, family and social life. This property gives us back our sanity as we chill and get back to what its all about, healthy living, pacing yourself and re-energising. It allows us to reconnect with each other and the children. We walk or cycle everywhere, although driving is allowed! The next town Los Alcazares 5 min drive is busy with many bars, restaurants, shops and market places, so best of both worlds
