Great Villa in a great location.

We had a great 2 week holiday here. The villa is very new and modern and in a super location overlooking Souda Bay and the White Mountains. Very comfortable with everything one needs for a relaxing holiday with the infinity pool and great outdoor seating areas. There are loads of good Taverna's within a short drive and we didn't have a poor meal anywhere. Very relaxing holiday. It was pretty much perfect as I can't think of any negatives - book it while you can!

The best in Souda Bay

Without a doubt the best Villa in Souda Bay. Suberb owners, clear and accurate communication, immaculately kept and there for you every inch of your stay. The local amenities are excellent with some great recommendations in the villa handbook. Everything form food to hair cuts, walks and attractions. I'd recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to explore the north side of the island. Staying as couples or a family. Superb value for money.

Beautiful views!

We had a lovely stay on Crete! The villa is beautiful, and the views are incredible - snow-capped mountains, stunning seas, sunsets, etc. It was very hard to leave. Roger was phenomenal to rent from, and was readily available to answer any questions we had.

Beautiful house in beautiful location

Crete is different but still beautiful in a winter. Spectacular view of the White Mountains at the moment, living up to their name as covered in snow. Viewing these and the deep blue of Souda Bay is spectacular.

A most beautiful, charming villa with a view

We absolutely loved villa elizavet. The location, in a small but charming village and the view looking over souda bay was just incredible. The house itself was beautiful and clean and had everything we could possibly need (exactly as described in the photos). Will definitely recommend and we will definitely dream of coming back. Thanks Roger!

Luxury Accommodation & Stunning Views

Villa is in immaculate condition and has everything needed for a great holiday. Short walk into village for supplies from the shop and 2 tavernas or a very short drive and loads of eating places to choose from including right by the beach in Almyrida. A beautiful house with lovely gardens, great pool and views in a great location. What else could we wish for.

Spectacular Villa

As you drive down to the gates of Villa Elizavet you get your first glimpse of the luxury that lies behind. Nestled spectacularly on the hillside overlooking the azure blue sea of Souda Bay, with extensive landscaped gardens and grounds, lies the beautifully designed, modern, luxurious Villa Elizavet. Relaxing by/in the infinity pool with the glorious sea views and views of the nearby White Mountains is breathtaking. And in the evenings it is wonderful to watch the stunning sunsets with a glass of wine! There are various seating and eating areas for sun or shade all with lovely outdoor furniture arranged to take in the views. Inside, the Villa is well planned to a modern interior design and is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Villa Elizavet is a short scenic walk away to the local shops and taverna in the village, and nearby Plaka and beachside Almyrida are an interesting short drive away with many good tavernas to choose from. Liz and Roger are such helpful owners and provide maps, books, places of interest and recommendations so you would never be stuck for places to visit, all to appreciate the stunning scenery of western Crete. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone. We had a great holiday, what a find!

Breath-takingly beautiful

Very well presented, well equipped with stunning views. Gorgeous infinity pool over looking incredible sunsets. Overall, above excellent and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Great communication and easy, trustworthy booking with Roger.

Beautiful villa. Stunning views. Great place to stay. Probably need a car but some great tavernas close by. BBQ area so we also cooked. Loved watching the military jets and saw a submarine. Booked again

Absolutly Amazing Family Villa...

As a family, we are fortunate enough to stay in many top villas all around the world. Villa Elizavet is without a doubt one of the very best we've ever stayed in. So much so that we'll be going back every year now. The place just has everything you could ever ask for. A modern, very well kept interior, great technology and internet, amazing views, great local restaurants and brilliant owners. The pool and gardens are just beautiful and its close to all local amenities, but just far enough away to be private. It's a perfect location for those with families. Roger and Elizabeth couldn't do enough for us and we felt extremely welcome. If you are looking for a hassle free luxury place to stay, then this property has to be on the list.

One week in July 2016

Beautiful villa with fantastic views of the coast & sea & mountains behind. Everything that we needed was catered for so we were extremely comfortable. Very clean & well equiped. Lovely pool & BBQ area as well as outdoor seating area. Lots of information left in the villa of nearby entertainment & restaurants, more than we could do in a week. Excellent welcome on arrival by local agent who gave a comprehensive overview of the villa & pool & how everything works. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Villa Elizavet for anyone holidaying in this part of Crete & definitely hope to return one day.

Relaxing stay in a superb villa

I stayed here for 7 nights and was really impressed with both the villa and the location. The villa was beautifully finished with tasteful furnishings, spotlessly clean and well equipped and easily accommodated 6 adults. The views are absolutely breathtaking and there was plenty of outside space from which to enjoy them, including a stunning heated infinity pool. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were brilliant; we ate breakfast outside every day and had some lovely BBQs. The villa lay out worked really well as the bedrooms were well separated from the living areas, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were really luxurious, the air con in every room was also greatly appreciated! There is a great local taverna and supermarket in the centre of Kokkino Chorio, around a 10 minute walk away and it’s a short drive to both Plaka and Almyrida where there are plenty of great restaurants and a lovely sandy beach at Almyrida. As this was my first visit to Crete, trips into the mountains and to Rethymno were also recommended and were well worth it. We had a terrific week in Crete, will definitely be returning and would absolutely recommend this villa.
