Only blocks from Forsyth Park, Chateau on Tattnall is located on a tree-lined, quiet, street on the residential side of the Historic District. This spacious townhouse accommodates 7 Lucky guests comfortably, with all of the high-end amenities one could dream of!

Upon arrival, guests enter into the wide open living area. Spacious and bright, the floor to ceiling windows overlook tree-lined Tattnall Street. There is ample seating for the whole family, and friends. Rightfully so, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out, or your morning gathering spot to plan your day.

Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms each fitted with blackout curtains for an easy nights rest! The first is the primary bedroom with a King size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with marble tile floors. The second guest room features a king size bed and spacious closet, while the third offers two plush twin size beds. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo just outside the hall. Extended stays are a breeze with a full-size washer and dryer upstairs! Just off of the kitchen, guests can find a private screened in patio, with a retractable awning. The outdoor space is welcome and inviting, perfect for an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of joe.

This home has one dedicated parking space at the rear for one vehicle, while there is ample non-metered street parking in front of the home for additional vehicles. Guests will need to be mindful of posted Sweep Zone signs.

Chateau on Tattnall was the perfect setting for our long weekend in Savannah. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious enough for our group of six friends. So many special touches and everything we needed during our stay. The location was within walking distance to all the squares and everything in between. Perfect location for a girls’ trip

Fantastic location in a beautiful home. Lots of locations to walk to if so desired and all Savannah has to offer within a short drive for sure. Comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and plenty of room to hang out and enjoy each other while staying in the home. Thanks for a great visit!

Gorgeous, well appointed getaway!

Our family had a fantastic long weekend in Savannah staying at this property. It was warm, welcoming and had everything we needed and more. The property management was very helpful in sending back an item we left behind accidentally - much appreciated We definitely recommend this property and hope to be back again!

Beautiful home in a great location!!

I stayed here with my brothers and sister and the house was perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The location is perfect for exploring Savannah and there is free parking at the house. The house has everything you need for your stay and was even nicer than the pictures.

Great location. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable. Peaceful. Easily walkable to most of the Savannah things. Easy street parking though we had access to a spot behind the house (but never needed it).
