Superb air-conditioned villa. Discounts in low season

Luxury air conditioned villa set in its own beautiful mature gardens in a quiet part of the popular Club Albufeira resort about 2 kms North of Albufeira. The superbly landscaped and maintained holiday resort has four large communal pools, children pools, poolside bars and restaurants, all just three minutes walk away. The villa has a fully fitted and extensively equipped kitchen with separate utility room and washing machine. The spacious lounge/dining area has a wood burning fire with two comfortable sofas, digital UK channels on television, DVD, CD player and radio, Wii console, free Wifi for your laptop. The marble dining table will seat 8. Lounge doors open onto a large South facing veranda with modern furniture. One large bedroom with a super king size double bed, one with twin beds, both having fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms and also a futon suitable for children. Both have french windows to private verandas. There is a further separate WC and wash basin. Extensive facilities outside include barbecue, dining furniture and sun-lounger’s. For the more energetic there is a table tennis table. Guests may use all the facilities of the resort including the free mini bus to/from Albufeira old town and beaches.

We had a wonderful time and the owners were very helpful...unfortunately Feb is a cooler month so we felt the cold more than we expected ...the villa was well set up...we would stay there again

Charming Quiet Villa

The villa is situated at the top end of clube Albufeira, quiet but very centrally placed to make full use of all the amenities that there were on offer including 4 swimming pools, restaurants, play areas and the shop. The villa itself was very homely and comfortable, and was well equipped. The wifi was great (particularly useful with 2 tech mad kids) English tv channels and a good sized smart TV. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, with many different seating areas to enjoy - including a roof top solarium which included a table tennis table, and an out door bbq. All areas were comfortable and well thought out. Club Albufeira is centrally located with great acess to all the Algarve has to offer a short drive away. We had a brilliant week - thank you.

Very nice villa with abolutely everything You need in a beautiful area

We had a wonderful week in the algarve with this really nice house as a starting point for our trips around. As far as we could see, the villa is the only one in the neighbourhood without a pool of its own - but this is taken care of by the access to the four pools of the Clube Albufeira, to which it is connected. The villa is located a few kilometers outside Albufeira center, but again, the Clube helps with a shuttle service. We had our own rent-a-car, so we didn't have to make use of it. The communication with our hosts was always easy and quick - they really cared about our stay and were involved and the local management was also nice and helpful. For our setting (4 grownups in two couples with an own car) this house and our hosts get an unconditional recommendation from us!

Great Villa with a few suggestions

The villa is in a beautiful location and overall in great condition. Communication with the owners was excellent - they were very professional, accommodating, responsive, and offered detailed instructions, recommendations, and helpful tips to help make our stay great. Check-in was smooth, and the villa was nice. There were a few things that were annoying & could have been better (lots of ants especially in the kitchen, lack of mosquito nets on the windows and a ton of mosquitos at night, useless ping pong table due to constant wind on the roof, and patio chairs/ lounges that are disintegrating from the elements and will rub off a fine gray color on you if you sit/lay on them, lack of laundry detergent and kitchen sponge, not enough toilet paper to last and couldn't get an extra roll the day before checking out because that was the rule according to the property manager) but overall we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

STAY IN PARADISE

WONDERFUL....RELAXING....CLEAN......SCENIC.......SAFE.......FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURS.....Just a few words that describe this VILLA and its BEAUTY. The rooftop patio is an added bonus to sun, eat read, relax, bar-b-que and play so please make use of this added feature. Bedrooms are all ample size with ensuite and extremely clean with walkout patios. Kitchen is a good size and open to the living area with all the pots, pans, dishes etc needed. The surrounding area within the Club area has many swimming pools, adequate grocery store, restaurants and is very quiet with adequate security. The town which is a 3 minute drive away or 25 minute walk has beaches, restaurants and shopping galore along with a shopping mall away from town on Highway 125. We are definitely looking forward to a return stay and relatives have already started to examine the site in order to possibly book their holiday here in the very near future. In all a GREAT PLACE TO VACATION and REST.....

Maison agréable et toujours fraîche malgré des températures proches des 30 degrés. Pas eu besoin d'utiliser la climatisation. Grand toit-terrasse que nous n'avons pas utilisé au profit du salon en rez de jardin moins exposé au vent et mieux abrité du soleil !

Lovely villa in a great location. Very close to some beautiful beaches and restaurants or you can relax by one of the 4 pools within the complex. The restaurants on site were excellent too!

Great Stay

We stayed one week in the Villa of Barbara and Roger which was a great experience. The villa was awsome, everything you can think of was there. We enjoyed the roof terrace with its excellent view so much. The villa was very clean when we arrived. The information we received and the contacts we had were very friendly and helpful. So no doubt we will go there again.

Lovely stay in quite location regardless of time of year.

Simple renting process, owners very understanding about Covid an potential cancellation. 6000 steps to beach, four pools. Villa has a good feel about it, great spot to explore in car or just walk into town along a pleasant pathway.

Nice villa, well equipped!

The villa is very nice and has everything you could need! It had a PlayStation and a Nintendo Wii! Table tennis, outdoor seating and the kitchen was well equipped! There is even some buckets and beach chairs and umbrellas in the cupboard! It was perfect! The only downside was the internet was a bit slow and he bed was harder than I like but that’s a personal preference. We found it very suitable to sleep 5!

Absolutely lovely

The villa was like a home from home. Everything you needed was there. The bedrooms were nice and lots of clean towels and bedding if you wanted to change it yourself. The overall space in the villa was brilliant. The roof terraces great for sunbathing or playing a game of table tennis 👍 We would definitely return (thinking of Christmas) and also recommend to friends. But would need to let them know about the walk up to the villa being a bit steep, we had a car so no problem. Customer service, the emails from the owner, was second to non. Given all the required information and accommodated us with a late departure. Couldn't praise them enough

Simply Fantastic Villa, Home from Home

Simply a Fantastic Villa, a real home from home. Can't praise Roger and Barbara highly enough for letting us stay in this beautiful villa, The whole experience from booking - getting directions - keys - location was a very easy process and Roger and Barbara made life extremely easy - no fuss whatsoever and just what you want when booking a Villa / Family Holiday. The Villa is private and in a beautiful part of the complex near all the facilities Clube Albufeira have to offer. We were a family of 6 and the Villa is very spacious and extremely well equipped for a long stay in the sun, it has everything you could possibly need and kids of all ages can be entertained. Our only regret was leaving the place, simply wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our Holiday. Thank you guys will definitely be back. Kind regards David & Kelly & Party Northern Ireland

Lovely, relaxing stay here :)

We stayed here with a young family for a week in July and had a lovely time. The villa is perfectly equipped with everything you need and then some! The place is spotless and very homely. The gardens and terraces are very well maintained and again, well equipped. The roof terrace and BBQ is perfect for those evenings you prefer to stay in and the kids loved the table tennis. The complex the villa is on is vast with several pools/bars which are just a few minutes walk but there are some hills to tackle. Booking the villa was straight forward and the owners were very helpful from beginning to end, providing clear instructions of the villa and the surrounding areas so thank you very much for that. We spent a lot of time in the old town which costs around 6 euros each way in a taxi and there is a bus service just outside the complex which takes you to the water parks which are fab. Thank you so much for a stress free, relaxing stay here in your lovely home. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends xx

Beautiful villa!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, a real home from home, with everything we needed and more. We found the villa well equipped, clean and comfortable, it was situated in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk to the nearest pool. We'd like to thank Roger and Barbara for providing local information and recommended restaurants, also for the efficient booking process. Would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family and hopefully return in the not too distant future. Thank you from The Brown family.

A family friendly, comfortable villa.

a great villa with everything you need to make you stay in Algarve as comfortable possible. The shaded veranda, UK TV, and superb shower room are just some of the things that set this villa apart from the rest. Although not really necessary, we found a car useful for transporting children and inflatable crocodiles to and from the complex's pools.

Lovely villa

This is a lovely villa in an elevated and quiet spot on this complex. It is very comfortably furnished and well equipped. The gardens are beautifully kept and the outside furniture provides various different options if you prefer to be in the shade or the sun. The complex seems to be very well run and we can recommend the blue restaurant which was surprisingly good. We are all relatively fit and did not use public transport into the town. It's probably a pleasant 30/40 minute walk although it is uphill on the way back. You will pass a supermarket on the way although the one on site is great for convenience. We bought a tray of luscious cherries and a bag of huge oranges from the roadside sellers just outside the complex. Roger and Barbara were very helpful during the booking process and we would recommend this villa to others without hesitation.

Home from home......in the sun !

We first stayed at this villa in 2006, and it has certainly proved to be our lucky find, as we have holidayed here every year since. Our bit of serendipity ! Situated in a secure complex, but occupying a central location for all the many attractions the Algarve has to offer. The villa is very well appointed, and has everything to make the holiday home from home. We particularly enjoy the full range of british programmes available through the SKY receiver. For the winter months there is a lovely warming log fire to take the chill off the cooler evenings. Roger & Barbara maintain their villa to a very high standard, and Alison is on hand to take care of any day to day problems. Very much hope to return next year. Andrew & Catriona, Shropshire.
