This western themed two bedroom plus loft, 3 bath condominium is located directly by the pool/spa area.

The living room has a partial view of the pool/spa, a balcony, plenty of comfortable seating, a 42" flat screen TV. The kitchen has a full view of the pool/spa, a balcony and seats 6 at the counter. A full bath is located on this level. The loft has an extra 1/2 bath and sleeps 3 with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed and a flat screen TV. The loft also has a full view of the pool/spa. The master bedroom, with a full bath, has a king bed with a 30" TV and a balcony. The second bedroom has a  king bed, a full view of the pool/spa area, a full bath, a 42" TV, and a balcony that steps outside for easy access to the pool/spa area.

This condominium offers complimentary wireless internet access. The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of our units. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy. Shared coin laundry machine facility onsite

great location, comfy condo

Spacious, centrally located condo. Each of the five of us wanted our own beds, which we had. Plenty of beds, well stocked, will stay at this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property had not enough and poor Colection of kitchen ware. Microwave missing motion dish, screen door missing and blind wand missing to blinds in kitchen. Stairway rails made out of metals slipped and fell going downstairs and cut my arm that resulted in 10 stitches. Not recommended for seniors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! We did have problems cooking dinner, however, because neither the large skillet nor the large pot (for pasta, for example) had lids. There was no way (looked everywhere) to cover the skillet sufficiently to protect the user from spatter. So that was not ideal. Love the upgrades (I think floors in bathrooms were re-done?).There was no soap/shampoo provided. The two bottles of liquid soap were appreciated, but we had to make a trip to Vons for shampoo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is great for a group for skiing. The loft gets hot easily, it would be better if there was a ceiling fan but we used the box fan and planned the heating of the main floor so that it wasn't as hot upstairs. The location is great for eating, shopping, renting gear, and getting on the shuttle to the resort. The condo should provide more towels or warn people to bring towels to use at the Jacuzzi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The important things were in place. We had parking, comfortable furnishing, adequate dishes, clean, plenty of hot water, convenient bathroom for loft resident, nice and welcoming knick-knack decor; but if you are looking for constructive criticism here's our list. In short, #89 lacks in expected maintenance repairs and upgrades we've become accustomed to in the other SPV units we’ve frequented:- Main heater (kitchen level) is on the brink of breaking. It spontaneously failed several times and had to cool long enough for the place to get noticeably cold before it worked again. - Thermostat for heater in bedroom 2 causes it to cycle on-off frequently. Given how loud it is, it's hard to sleep being woken up every few minutes. It's even loud enough to disturb people in other rooms. It's nice for heating it up before going to bed, but we had to turn it off the entire night so people could sleep, and just use extra blankets & clothing for warmth.- The white coffee maker did not pump water/was broken, and the black coffee maker had no filter holder. So, making coffee was difficult and messy, as we used the black one with no filter holder (so cleaning it properly was impossible). We left the white one on the deck since it is broken. - There were no hot pan holders, so we had to use a dish towel when cooking.- The toilet in bathroom #2 runs. It usually works OK, but we had to open the top and "giggle it" twice in our 3 nights there.- Shower door mounted at incorrect angle so it drips excessively on the bathroom floor when opened.- The loft bathroom had no waste basket.- Fireplace stove lacks instructions: we had to guess how to use the vent. A potentially serious safety hazard.- Dishwasher is very old and stops randomly. IMPORTANT: When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

Great little place

Loved this little place. Well equipped for a family break. Parking was a bit of an issue and could have done with more towels but otherwise great.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lodging is dated but very comfortable, stairs are very narrow. I recommend creating a better way for snow melt from units as the water drips on to sidewalk and then freezes at night creating a dangerous and slippery area entering and leaving the building. Sauna not available and only on of two hot tubs was available, which made it a little crowded at times.
