Overflow SPA for 6 to 7 places (usable all year round) on request as an option. On the ground floor: narrow fitted kitchen - living room (sofa bed for 2 people on request) / dining room - toilet (half-level) - suite with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom (shower Italian) / wc.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with 1 160 cm bed and the other with 2 single beds and 1 double bed) - toilet - bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Access via a private and enclosed interior courtyard, large terrace and private garden.

Parking right in front of the accommodation.
Gas heating (meter reading).

Compulsory cleaning at €100.
Approved “Accueil Vélo” gîte.

Use of the Jacuzzi at €50 per stay and Jacuzzi Deposit €500
