15 minutes to downtown (night clubs, theaters, galleries, museums, work?)
20 minutes to beaches; 30 minutes to casino; 2 minutes to our on-site entertainment center, which offers two gazebos in large front and back yards where we have sporadic concerts by professional entertainments friends and past employees of your host Frank K!
Most importantly at this time of virus contamination/travel worries… We are in the suburbs! The population density here is one person per 50,000 ft.² as opposed to 100 people in downtown Pensacola or 250 people on Pensacola Beach or 750 people in Destin or Gulf Shores! Yes we have bugs! But also birds chirping, ducks and geese quacking, dogs barking, a neighbor a mile away flying his model plane, and someone a few miles away getting a new roof installed but, sitting in the front yard gazebo, you hear all this plus the sound of water spattering from the pool fountain in the backyard! And no traffic noise or blaring the radios! This IS life at the end of a rainbow! Relax and enjoy the day then participate in our +E entertainment program in the evenings!
Guests have access to their room as well as the entire upper level and the areas designated as the entertainment center, swimming pool and the front yard with gazebo!

Anfitrião: Frank Korbett
Your Host (Frank K) is a retired (?) College Professor and Trade Association Director who has lived and worked in Pensacola for 25 years, and is now also a retired (?) Night Club owner/entertainer and theater aficionado; Craft Show exhibitor (with an extensive craft collection) and Dog Breeder (Shiloh Shepherds). He was a breeder of Shiloh Shepherds and still has dogs on the premises; there are 5 dogs who live on the lower level and a section of the back yard.
He and his staff will be (to whatever extent you wish to engage) your personal guides through a weekly calendar of entertainment events (many located on site) and organized at special locations with many of his friends.
We also make our calendar available to a number of other AirBnB providers so we always have an eclectic group of "fellow travelers" joining us at our events!
