The home is only 20 minutes from beautiful Pensacola Beach, 15 minutes from the Naval Air Station, 5 minutes from downtown, Pensacola and 25 min from Perdido Key! 2 Walmart's, Target, Publix and Aldi's grocery stores are also nearby for shopping. If you like shopping at antique and thrift stores several within 5-10 mins from house. Several family restaurants and fast food restaurants within 5-10 of house. Exterior only security cameras.

Perfect stay for small family

The property was cute, clean, well-kept, safe, and easy to navigate. It was in a neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the busy areas we wanted to/had to get to. Vicki was extremely hospitable and accommodating, and easy to communicate with. It was a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend it!

What a awesome place to stay for a getaway❤️

Girls trip

This was a excellent choice it was perfect for us 3 and my niece didn’t want to leave it was so warm and welcoming equipped with everything you could possibly need. Vicki was great and we can’t wait to come back for our next trip !

Sending time around to this lovely cottage

We just stayed for another two weeks at the Tranquil Mermaid having stayed here last year. It is a lovely place to stay - a real home from home. Vicki is a fabulous host and very accommodating. The cottage has everything you need and we would make the Tranquil Mermaid our first choice location for whenever we visit Pensacola.

Huge Blessing

Staying in Vicki’s home was a huge blessing to our family. We were in Pensacola for our son’s USMC Graduation and it was the perfect place to rest and relax. The home was immaculate, had everything we needed to make “home cooked meals” and Vicki was so easy to communicate with. We were only 5 minutes from Correy Station which made it so easy to visit our son. Nice, quiet neighborhood added to the relaxing atmosphere this home offers. 10/10, would stay here again if we’re ever back in Pensacola.

Very Nice and Well Equiped

The owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for check in, check out, and during our stay. We needed to extend our stay and they were easy to communicate with. This home is also very equipped for guests even to minor details!

Whimsical and fun

Absolutely loved our stay. Vickie was very easy to communicate with. There were things you can use on your trip to the beach. The house had everything you could need. Very inviting and welcoming. Loved the outdoor space as well. Would definitely recommend and would use again if we did this again.

Amazing Stay

Absolutely LOVED the property. One of the best VRBO homes I have stayed in. Vicki was easy to communicate with. House was stocked with all we needed and more. Loved the patio! Location was perfect to beach and Pensacola Bay Center (was in town for dance competition). House was perfect for myself, my husband, and our daugther. We really enjoyed our time in the house and would definitely stay again when in the area!

Pensacola stay

Our stay with Vicki was wonderful. This was one of our most relaxing vacations. The home was very comfortable, decorated so beautifully, and we absolutely loved the back porch area. We sat back there and had our morning breakfast and coffee. It just jump started our day. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave so we booked another night. The host was so accommodating and helpful with our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience

This place really felt like home to us. Definitely would recommend. The property owner is amazing and really on top of any questions or concerns. The washing machine went down on on us and she had it fixed 2 days later. That was memorial weekend too!

Beach trip

Place was clean but fridge didn't work. Owner was quick to respond but because stay was during wknd fridge wasn't repaired and working until Monday so it was a big inconvienance. Owner did comp one day stay for this and she was good to communicate thru process. Thermostat was an issue as well and finally figured it out on Monday.

Absolutely Lovely!

My father and I stayed for two weeks in early June and it was wonderful - a total home from home with everything we needed for a long stay. The house was a lovely size and the furniture and white goods/kitchen equipment were all high quality. The patio/driveway out front is a sun trap but there is also a large rear garden with another patio under the shade of a magnolia tree. Vicki was a great host and all communications with her were responsive and effective. She is very friendly and approachable. We loved staying at the house and would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to anyone interested.

We stayed at this property while visiting our grandson at the NAS Pensacola. It was only 18 minutes away. Very convenient for us. The house was beautiful. Outdoor patio. Walk in shower. Comfortable furniture. Everything was very neat and clean. Tv in all rooms. One of the nicest houses we have rented. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She had us text her to make sure we gained access to the property with no problem. The neighbor was very friendly. It was a great experience. We would rent here again. Bill and Marie Lockport NY

Totally amazing

I was hesitant at first but once I got to the home it was just about perfect. It has everything you could need except food lol. The house was immaculate. The only thing I didn’t like was the seating in living room there should be a love seat also for seating. I would highly recommend this home if your going to Pensacola. The back screened in porch is the best well besides the washer n dryer so clothes didn’t have to come home dirty. Neighborhood is really quiet and the privacy fence all the way around is perfect. There should be an ice maker at the house or figure out a way to hook it up in fridge but overall I would stay there again hands down thanks Vicki she is totally amazing for real she went out of her way to help me get in at the last minute and even got in before the 4 pm check in I drove 18 hrs straight after working all day to go see my son who is in school at NAS Pensacola so a big shout out to Vicki love ya and many thanks for everything you did

Weekend Getaway

The entire process was very easy from the start and communication from the host was the best you could ask for. The place was spotless and had all the amenities you could ever need for a short trip to beaches Will definitely plan my next trip with them
