The clean and modern interior, including a full kitchen with brand-new appliances, gives you all of the comforts of home while sitting in one of the most historic and adventurous towns New England has to offer! A Murphy bed pulling out of the wall transforms the living space into a bedroom. After full days of fun exploring this historic town, this home base is perfect for kicking your feet up for a movie night on the flatscreen TV or surfing the internet to research the next day's adventure via the free WiFi.

When you want to venture out, you can head right out your front door and be within 100 feet of the sugar-white sand and blue waters of the Provincetown Harbor. Pack a picnic and spend a day reading a good book as you soak up the sun. When you want to take a break from the beach, walk along Commercial Street, one of the main streets of the Historic District offering adorable shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting bars that you don't want to miss!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this vacation rental! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described. The place was immaculate, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The check-in process was a breeze, and navigating the space was incredibly easy with everything organized in a way that made me feel right at home. One of the best things about this rental was its location. It was conveniently close to all the amenities I neededā€”whether it was grocery stores, restaurants, or local attractions. I could easily walk to most places, which made exploring the area hassle-free. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, yet lively, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond, making sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my vacation. Lovely loft with great location!

The space was exactly what we wanted while staying in Ptown! The loft was well organized and clean. The location was wonderful for walking to and from restaurants, shops and the beach access. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for drunken youngsters in the summer.

This is a perfect unit for younger adults in the summertime. Itā€™s a crash pad. Iā€™m sure the company makes the bulk their money in five months of the year. That being said, for an off-season stay, I would avoid it. The first thing I noticed when I came in there was the big shag rug, and cloth chairs. This is a beach community. Iā€™m definitely not a germ, freak, but I canā€™t imagine they steam clean for those chairs. There is no beach access. Theyā€™re building right in front of the place so there will be no beach view when theyā€™re done I imagine. I was there two nights,and they supply you with just what they think you need. Low water pressure is made worse with a rain, pan diffuser. This is definitely difference between a company, or a homeowner trying to make a couple of bucks. This is the first negative review Iā€™ve done, and I feel itā€™s deserved. Home Owners go the extra mile, where this company actually went into demographics on what they feel is necessary for them to supply, and how much. A collection of small annoying BS the add up. Be aware if you rent it in the summer there is no parking at the unit. The suggested parking was almost a half mile away. It was February, I wasnā€™t walking. In their pictures take a look at the chairs and the shag rug. I canā€™t imagine how much ass those chairs have absorbed. Had to remove this last sentence because it had specific monetary details in it. Basically I wouldā€™ve expected these problems if I had paid half of what I did.

Great simple place to get away

Nice, clean place. Close to center and away from the hustle bustle. A few things you should know before jumping into this rental: - washer/ dryer is not in unit - no coffee pot/ they have a Keurig but you need your own pods - internet is non existent (not ideal for work from home) - loft is closed and you canā€™t go up there- which is sad because thatā€™s what I was most excited for!

Small studio but convenient location

Small studio but convenient location. Tight shower stall. Kitchen and studio are well appointed. Ad claims water views but no views from the studio ,only other buildings. The complex is bayfront, but not the studio. No access to bay beach from the complex due to dilapidated and cordoned off deck. Couldnā€™t consistently figure out how to use the TV/Roku set up. Perhaps the batteries in the remotes are dead?

Great Location - Gorgeous Studio

Beautifully decorated and perfect location on commercial Street. Great appliances and amenities. The Murphy bed is a bit difficult to pull into place, and the upstairs loft is off-limits. The television was out of order and not fixed during my stay, but who goes to Ptown to watch TV? Recommended!

Great place in the heart of Ptown

The space was clean and well stocked. It's located close to restaurants, shopping, theater etc. There is no onsite parking and we ended up parking at the lot a few blocks away. With so much to do there, we didn't use our car much anyway. We would definitely come back!

Between Commecial St and the beach

Huge studio. Beautiful blue and white decor. Appears to be professionally decorated. The unit faces the sea. Have to walk on wooden boardwalk to Commercial St. Our stay was very quiet. Will come here again. Only drawback ( small) iwas the bed. Sits very high. Needed help getting in and getting out. I slept well.

A very effective use of space

The space is small but every square foot is planned purposefully. The shower in the bathroom is very tight with little room to bend and stretch etc.. that would be my only complaint. The loft is super cool and the living space is well decorated and fun to hang out in. View of the bay is stunning! Super easy to get in and out of town. Overall a wonderful vacation.

NOT Waterfront but Waterview

Great property as to communication with Vacasa, check-in, well stocked (plenty of towels and blankets!), very clean and location is A+. As with other reviews, ceiling fan cannot be used because it looks unstable and squeaks. Also, backsplash in kitchen area needs attention and ice maker does not work. As to the ladder up to the loft, there must be an easy fix with hooks or the like to stabalize. Overall, a great rental.

Quaint and comfortable

The location couldnā€™t have been better. Just steps from the water and Commercial street. We had the best of both worlds. The apt was cute and comfortable. Only downside was the fan makes a horrible noise so we turned it off. Thankfully it was pleasant enough outside to leave the windows open. Weā€™d stay there again!
