Gorgeously renovated, 3000 square foot, 2-story beach house, just steps to two private beaches. Four (4) bedrooms, three (3) baths, sleeps 8. House features all brand new fixtures and furniture. Enormous yard features a heated salt water swimming pool, swing set, outdoor shower, fire pit, hammock, and patio for grilling and lounging in the sun.

Master suite with walk-in closet, en suite bath with double vanity, soaking tub and shower. All four bedrooms are very spacious with a queen bed in each.

Huge family game room on second level with home theater, football, and ping pong, plus two living rooms (one with wood burning fireplace) and separate dining room with seating for 6.

This home has it all!

Relaxing stay

House, pool and yard all as advertised. Plenty of room for the whole family.The location is great with short walk to the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Great vacation home!

My family had a wonderful time! It was terrific having the pool, as well as the beach right around the corner. The owner was extremely communicative and gracious.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house is well maintained and decorated. The bonus room with the projector TV, foosball table, and ping pong table was the ultimate hangout. We had to reach out to the hosts for information on how to get some of the electroncis to work properly but they responded quickly with good directions. If we are ever out in Long Island area again, we would certainly stay here again.

Had a fantastic time; great neighborhood and a great house.

Thank you Joe and Jaime. We (family of four - mom, dad and 6 and 8 year old boys) had a great time. The house was great - clean, very easy to function, great location. We very much enjoyed the pool and grill and the boys loved the swing set. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great place great location

Joe’s place was more than we expected. The house has everything you need, the bedrooms are huge, the house is beautiful and cozy. The location is amazing! Less than a minute from the beach. We are definitely coming back! Thank you Joe!

Fantastic Property for a great family vacation!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Joe's beautiful home and property!! There were seven of us which included 3 children under the age of 8. The home was absolutely perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the home, the yard, the pool, the fire pit and the family game/entertainment center on the second floor. My husband and I loved the fact that the home had a first floor guest room, so that we had our privacy at night and my daughter and her family had the bedrooms on the second floor. The beach was perfect for our grandchildren and only about a 3 minute walk out the front door. Joe was an excellent host and was very responsive to a few minor things that we needed help with. We hope to return to Long Island next summer and would love to stay at Joe's property again. My grandchildren keep telling me that they really miss our vacation house. Thank you Joe!

Great Beach Home Great Location Great Owners

Joe and Jamie are lovely people and their home is immaculate. They are meticulous with how it is kept, and the decor is really nice. The home’s condition was excellent and very clean. We were a family of five with adult children and we were very comfortable in all of the bedrooms and in the home in general. We spent most of our time outside around the beautiful in-the-ground pool relaxing and enjoying our time on the north fork. We barbecued and enjoyed lighting a fire at night, and played lawn games throughout the day. We were a few minutes away from the wineries and restaurants, and we were walking distance to Love Lane and the private beach we enjoyed. They were very accommodative and if we had any questions, Joe was accessible. If you are able rent this home, please make sure you take very good care of it as we hope to return soon! Great experience. Thank you.

Perfect

It was just the perfect stay for us. The house had a great layout and the pool/patio/yard space was great! We enjoyed relaxing outside each night and playing in the yard. The beach was great and a quick walk away. We even got up early to enjoy the sunrise one morning. The arcade area in the house with foosball, ping pong and more was a favorite spot for my kids. There’s a ton of places within 15 minutes to enjoy (orchards, vineyards, restaurants, etc.). Joe was a great communicator. He made sure we had a great time and answered all my questions. We honestly can’t say enough about how mich we enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be going back to this exact house.

Great Stay

Great house, pool & property in a great location. The house had every we needed for a family with young kids and the short walk to the beach made moving back and forth to the pool easy. The house is nearby many local favorites - Love Lane, restaurants & vineyards.

Perfect family vacation

This was our first time using VRBO and it was a great experience !! Joe was very helpful and friendly . The house is LOVELY!! Large ,clean and beautifully decorated with a really cool game room . Spacious Stay in the North Fork

Lovely home with tons of space both indoors and out! Huge family room upstairs and a large backyard with lawn and patio to relax and enjoy the bay breeze. Dark skies at night for stargazing with the sound of waves crashing from the private beach just down the block. Weather was too cold for the pool, but we enjoyed wine by the fireplace nightly. Would love to return in warmer months for the full beach experience, thanks Joe and Jamie!
