Our cottage has been a guest favorite for years with exceptional reviews from travelers visiting the North Fork. It’s just a two-minute walk to our stunning and private sandy Bay beach! Spend mornings on the huge screened in porch, bike to nearby vineyards, enjoy a BBQ on our beautiful back yard deck. Our cottage is also conveniently located to any shopping you might need just up the block. Just minutes to North Fork favorites like Love Lane and the many countless vineyards and farm stands that dot the Fork, yet a world of peace awaits you at the calm and sparkling private, sandy association Bay beach just 500 feet away. Enjoy indoor~outdoor living at its best as our vaulted living room with skylight and ceiling fan has french doors to a huge, welcoming screened porch. The charming porch has a massive oak picnic table that seats 12 and a large separate sitting area. Galley kitchen has a large french door refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and gas stove. House offers high speed wifi for work at home, and desk. All rooms offer ductless AC. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bath with shower and sliding glass doors to the beautiful and private backyard cedar deck, as well as a small tv, and a toddler fold out sleeper chair. Second bedroom has queen bed below and an attached loft with queen mattress. The loft area is suitable for older children or teens. There is a convenient laundry room with new LG washer and dryer set. The private, fully fenced backyard offers a sunny outdoor shower you will want to live in, a fire pit area, and of course a lovely hammock. Deck has BBQ, dining table (with umbrella) that seats 6 and chaise lounges for relaxing.

YOGA & REMOTE WORK STUDIO:
A renovated detached studio provides a quiet space for yoga, meditation, or remote work. Many guests enjoy using the studio as a creative retreat or peaceful workspace during longer stays, or just an extra hang out space complete with TV, AC and powder room.
(Sleeping overnight in the garage is not permitted.)

Conveniently located right up the block you'll have access to a Starbucks, CVS, grocery store, and a variety of local shops and restaurants. At the top of the block, the famous Magic Fountain ice cream shop awaits your visit! On the charming Love Lane in Mattituck you'll find a Godiva candy shoppe, a world class cheese shoppe, wine tasting, Lombardi's specialty food market and brick oven pizza and of course, the renowned Love Lane Kitchen restaurant. There is also a Jitney stop at the top of the block and the Mattituck train stop adjacent to Love Lane. Just around the corner, beachside, children may enjoy the Veteran's Beach playground, while pet parents can walk the lovely Husing Pond Preserve Trail. Rental includes use of 2 adult cruiser bikes as well as an ocean kayak and stand up paddle board which are kept right on the beach for easy access in season. (Please request lock codes for use. Renter assumes ALL liability for water toys and bikes.) Beach shed is equipped with vests, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a large dolly to roll all to the beach.
You will not need to bring a thing but your swimsuit!

Rentals under 30 nights will be taxed at Suffolk County taxes of 5%.
Rentals of 30 nights or more will have taxes refunded after check in.
