Ten days in May '35

Very nice. Excellent Pinellas County location ON Treasure Island beach. Convenient to everything from Waffle House to Publix. Value is entirely based on location. Still, some work to do, but definitely back in business after last year's horrific hurricanes. People were helpful and easy to reach when needed. We would rent here again.

Treasure Island Stay

Great stay at Treasure Island

We had a great stay at the South Beach Condo Hotel. The condo was perfect for our family with 2 bedrooms, nice living room, and balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf. We enjoyed table tennis and shuffleboard on the grounds, and of course the beautiful wide beach.

Great Time

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and the grounds were kept beautifully. Perfect location as well. We love going to Treasure Island but this was our first time staying here. Will definitely come back.

Best stay ever

This is my family's third year to stay at South Beach Condos. We have enjoyed every year, but this unit was awesome. It was full of amenities and more... It was very roomy for a family of three. Everything we needed was within a 1/2 mile (grocery stores, restaurants, John's Pass, etc.... The staff was very helpful and accommodating if you needed anything. WE WILL BE BACK FOR A 4TH YEAR!

South Beach

The location is great. We love the ocean side beach walk and convenience to restaurants and grocery stores. The unit needs TLC updates. Im not sure that the throw rugs have ever been washed, crud is in the grout corners along the floors, the dryer had to be blocked from the humidity it created and length of time to dry, the toilet continuously ran, etc.

40th birthday

Overall great location and property. Only hiccup was unclear directions about where the lockboxes were to get our room key as we were late arrivals. We found it with a bit of exploring before needing to reach out to the manager. Amenities were great. Only drawback was missing a drain stopper on the bathroom for our little one to take a bath... Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the exact condo 4 years ago, and wejust got back from 6 days there again! For our family of 5, it is just perfect. Clean, equipped condo and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. On the beach is huge and a pool and you can walk to just about everything you need. We will be coming back next year!

Fireworks on the beach

Beautiful condo ~ has everything you need to for a great time on the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas you name it) My favorite was the big beach cart which made it so much easier to bring everything along. The condo's kitchen was stocked with everything needed, lots of towels and extra sheets. The DVD collection and games were an extra bonus. The property is very well kept and clean. Very friendly staff and helpful staff.

Nice property

The condo was well equipped, having the beach gear was a pleasant surprise. Beach towels are provided but were not advertised in the listing. The lady who works at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. We requested a 2pm checkin that was pre approved, however the room was not ready at 2pm. A representative from NextHome visited our condo that evening to apologize for the misunderstanding and hand delivered our parking pass.

Great condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We so enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s one of the most well appointed condos we’ve ever rented. Sometimes they don’t even have salt and pepper! This one had a spice cabinet, every pot and dish you need ( and not just 4 each), coffee packs, and some toiletries. The only minor drawback is that you don’t get the sunset view from the balcony. There are trees obstructing the view. You just have to walk down to the beach. It was neat and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, however the loud construction noise couldn't be helped but did detract from the experience. This is an end unit so it was right there. The other thing not so great was asking for an hour later checkout and being denied. Our flight was later & it just left more dead time.I must say though that the condo was nice& had little extras we did appreciate (spices in the cupboard, beach equipment).We would stay again after the construction is complete.
