Accommodations: Condominium, 2 Bedroom-2 Bath, ocean front. 5th floor #503 Sunset Chateau is right on the beautiful white sand of Sunset Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Quiet residential area with a short walk to food, drink, and entertainment.

The unit sleeps up to four with a King-sized bed in master bedroom and two Twin-sized beds in 2nd bedroom.. The unit is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a one week or three month stay. The entire unit is being remodeled! A new pool is expected in mid to late 2026.

Flexible on check-in/check-out days and times for guests who are flying when arrival/departure date is not also another party's departure/arrival date. Please request any modification to check-in/check-out.

Sunset Chateau is a non-smoking property including balconies areas. Smoking is permitted at boardwalk picnic tables and beach.
