With all the comforts you need to relax during your vacation, the house is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by a quiet area filled with truffle-bearing holm oaks and Mediterranean shrubs. The property is fenced and has a gate. You’ll be able to fully enjoy the pool and the bocce court.

Conveniently located 1.6 km from the village of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie (Intermarché, Carrefour…), renowned for its ceramics as well as its two weekly markets, and 4 km from Uzès, the first duchy in France, where you’ll never tire of strolling through the narrow streets and its famous Place aux Herbes, which hosts a variety of markets, festivities, musicians, and artisans year-round.

The house consists of:
- 1 dining room (air-conditioned)
- 1 living room (air-conditioned)
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 separate toilet
- 2 bathrooms with showers
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (each with a TV)
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds (plus a crib available).
- 1 veranda (with 1 sofa bed for 2 people).
- 1 outdoor summer kitchen with a stone barbecue at the back of the house.
- 1 bocce court.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a stovetop, an oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a vacuum cleaner. All necessary dishes for 9 people. There is air conditioning in the large living room.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The pool is available from early April through early October only.
- All reservations will be confirmed upon signing the rental agreement and receipt of a copy of your ID and your vacation insurance (provided by your home insurance provider).
- Pillows, comforters, dish towels, and bath towels: provided on-site.
- Bed linens and bath towels: available for rent at 10 euros per person per stay (please specify when booking).
- Pool/beach towels: not included.
- Mandatory cleaning service: 100 euros.
- Security deposit: 2,000 euros (check to be provided upon arrival).
- Pets are not allowed.
