You will be charmed by this large stone house, completely renovated and fitted out for your holidays and professional stays with WIFI access.
The living room with its large fireplace, large TV and piano invites you to enjoy the moment. While having your meals, you can admire the countryside through a "picture" window.
The kitchen opens onto the veranda on one side, and the living room on the other.
The bedrooms are upstairs with the very large bathroom equipped with a large bath and a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are furnished, and if necessary, another room, currently an office can be used as an additional bedroom.
For your leisure activities, the gîte is a few minutes from the town center of Andouille, a charming town with gentle routes, the possibility of accessing the Mayenne towpath, and play and swimming areas.
Andouille offers all the essential services and shops (bakery, restaurants including fast food, doctor, supermarket...). At 1.8km, access by road and hiking trail.
Laval is only 10 minutes away: its Christmas lights, its naive art museum, the towpath, the historic town center with its castle. Your accommodation includes: on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen 21m², a living room 35m², a veranda overlooking the countryside 14m², separate wc. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 and a bed 140 and 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each (including 1 with washbasin), a bathroom/shower 20m².

Television and wifi available. Beds made on arrival, towels and baby equipment provided. Housing also suitable for teleworking.
Cleaning is optional at €65 (compulsory for professionals). One cleaning per stay from 1 to 14 nights.
