OPTION: Cleaning is €65 (mandatory for professionals, one cleaning per stay of 1 to 14 nights). Wood: for more than 1/2 cubic meter, €60 per cubic meter payable to the owner. Electricity based on meter reading. For more than 8kWh/day, the excess is payable to the owner.
