This 1,100-square-foot rebuilt and redesigned condominium on gorgeous and quaint Anna Maria Island, offers spectacular views of Sarasota and Tampa Bays while sitting just 250 easy steps from the white sands and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It features a totally new kitchen and new baths, as well as many other new elements and design touches.

It is a comfortable hideaway for island living with access to whatever lifestyle you're in the mood for. Be a beachcomber on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, wander the island's unique shopping and dining spots on a free trolley, bicycle in designated bike lanes up and down the island to nearby Longboat Key. Choose dining from among fun and funky waterfront hangouts and elegant restaurants on the island or in nearby Sarasota, also home to great theater, the Ringling Museums, Mote Marine, high-end shopping and more beaches.

Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys are available in the parking lot storage cabinet marked 4B (unlock using the same entry code as our condo). Please use the hose provided near the stairs to rinse off sand before returning these items. An outside pool shower is also available. The code for the pool bathroom is 1301.

This is our 3rd year staying in this unit:Good…beds super comfy and location is great with bay view and short walk to beachNot So Good….LR Furniture needs updating as it is not comfortable. Guest bath door does not latch and some mini bath soap would be helpful

Condo is great with every amenity you could ask for. Absolutely wonderful views and accessible to anything you might need. Owners were easy to work with and provided everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to go to AMI

AMI at its best!

This place was amazing and will be returning. The location is quiet yet close to the beach and has a fantastic view of the bay. We had so many dolphins swim by the docks to the point we lost count. The place is very roomy and bigger than what the pictures show. Also, the pool has bathrooms nearby so no need to run up to the condo if you have little kids. The kitchen has everything you could want, and the host responded quickly when we had a question. We have stayed many different places on the island and this was by far our favorite. I can't say enough great things!

Amazing time at this AMI condo

The condo was even better than the description and photos. We spent every morning on the back deck watching the sunrise over the bay. Every evening we walked a block to the beach to watch the sunset. The pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. This condo is close to restaurants, shops, the beach and the trolley stop. Everything was spotless and we enjoyed having a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, we never heard our neighbors. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved our stay!

Winter Vacation

Property was well kept, and the unit was comfortable and well equipped. The location was good, with a short walk to restaurants and beach cafes. The beach was just across the street. The sunrise views over the bay off the deck were beautiful.

Fantastic Condo with a great location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo on Bradenton Beach! The highlight for us was the spacious balcony with its breathtaking view of Anna Maria Sound—it was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn't have been better; just a short and easy walk to the beach, making it so convenient for our family.The condo itself was cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay. It felt like a home away from home! Our kids especially loved the pool, and we appreciated the peace of mind of being able to easily see them from the condo's front door.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Nice stay

Nice place for the $ with a great host. Lovely bay view from balcony. Stairs a bit of a challenge (4 small flights). Again, overall had everything we needed and was as described!

This condo was very nice. It is very relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the boats. The condo owners provide things that others don't. There were trash bags, dish soap, laundry supplies and plenty of towels and wash rags.

Beautiful fantastic location

Perfect place in paradise

We stayed at this beautiful and well maintained condo for the second time. It was again spotless upon our arrival and we immediately felt "at home". The very first coffee in the morning at sunrise on the balcony overlooking the bay is priceless. Two BR/BA with two teens is a must ;) and with the pool in the backyard and the ocean just steps away there is something for everyone.

Wonderful Stay!

I couldn’t give enough compliments for our stay. The condo smelled CLEAN as soon as walked in and it truly was clean. The location was perfect. Easy beach access and being on the bay with a dock was perfect for our oldest son that loves to fish. There were chairs, umbrellas, kids toys and a float available to use. We will be returning!

Great time visiting Anna Maria

We had a wonderful week at Anna Maria. We greatly enjoyed the location of the property and the view of the bay from the balcony. The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive with questions etc. The only thing I might suggest would be a cooler and wagon for beach items. Otherwise it was well equipped with everything we needed! The condo was a good size for our family.

Bradenton Fun

Location location location Loved the bay view and short walk to the ocean. A wagon would have made it perfect Condo is beautiful with plenty of space for 4 adults. It could use a few more towels for beach and bath. We will be staying again next year. Restaurants and shopping are close by❤️

We Love Bay Watch

Our stay at Bay Watch was perfect. This was our second stay in this unit and I can't think of a thing that I would change. It is clean and comfortable and has everything you might need for a stay near the beach. We especially love being on the bay and spent many hours on the porch and also in the pool. The bed is comfy and we slept with the air off and the sliding doors open. Heaven! Thank you for another great stay in your condo!

Tristan graduated from Manatee High School in Bradenton and both of our children were born here. Our careers took us away, but we love to return to Anna Maria Island whenever we can. It's our home-away-from-home. We currently live in Fort Myers, Florida.

Anna Maria Island is a family-friendly place reminiscent of old Florida, with many "mom and pop" businesses and restaurants. That's because, in part, it was developed residentially before high-rises took over in many coastal areas. Over time, the island has managed to retain its quaint feel while happily accommodating a steady stream of visitors drawn to its charm, as well as its beautiful white, sandy beaches that showcase nature at its most magnificent. There's really no other place like it.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our condo is practically brand new since a summer of 2018 upgrade throughout, but our favorite place to be while there is on the balcony over the bay. It is the width of the unit and is furnished for nature watching, allowing us to observe birds and the dolphin catching their dinners. Facing east, It's a perfect vantage point for relaxed evenings without the sun in your eyes and a cool beverage at hand. We think you will love it, too.
